【摘要】：庫(kù)存控制是物流管理的重要組成部分,是企業(yè)的“第三利潤(rùn)源”。在庫(kù)存控制概念和相關(guān)理論出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,它受到了學(xué)術(shù)界及企業(yè)界的高度重視。隨著庫(kù)存控制理論在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的成功應(yīng)用,其作用也越來(lái)越明顯,但相對(duì)于發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的庫(kù)存控制水平,我國(guó)物流理念引入時(shí)間較短,仍有許多值得研究的地方。我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)是資金密集型行業(yè),由于其憑借國(guó)家強(qiáng)制力對(duì)煙草專(zhuān)賣(mài)品實(shí)施“專(zhuān)賣(mài)專(zhuān)營(yíng)”,多年來(lái)外界對(duì)煙草領(lǐng)域涉獵不多,無(wú)論是卷煙成品,還是原輔材料市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)特征非常不明顯,造成生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過(guò)程中資金的極大浪費(fèi)。本文根據(jù)HY卷煙廠(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,結(jié)合調(diào)查問(wèn)卷結(jié)果,對(duì)卷煙材料庫(kù)存控制系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析,并探討其存在的問(wèn)題及原因,提出適應(yīng)HY卷煙廠(chǎng)卷煙材料庫(kù)存控制的構(gòu)想與對(duì)策,為HY卷煙廠(chǎng)卷煙材料庫(kù)存控制系統(tǒng)的完善提供思路和建議,真正做到共享信息,共擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),規(guī)避庫(kù)存風(fēng)險(xiǎn),達(dá)到庫(kù)存管理流程最優(yōu)化、成本最小化的目標(biāo),從而提高HY卷煙廠(chǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了向管理要效益的轉(zhuǎn)變。同時(shí),對(duì)本文研究的結(jié)論、改進(jìn)實(shí)施情況和研究展望進(jìn)行了客觀(guān)陳述。
[Abstract]:Inventory control is an important part of logistics management and the third profit source of enterprises. In the process of the emergence and development of the concept of inventory control and related theories, it has been attached great importance to by academia and business circles. With the successful application of inventory control theory in related fields, its role is becoming more and more obvious. However, compared with the level of inventory control in developed countries, the introduction of logistics concept in China is relatively short, and there are still many worthy of study. China's tobacco industry is a capital-intensive industry. Because of its "monopoly" on tobacco monopoly products by virtue of the national coercive power, the outside world has not dabbled in the field of tobacco for many years, regardless of whether it is a finished cigarette. Or raw materials market economy characteristics are not obvious, resulting in a huge waste of capital in the process of production and operation. According to the actual situation of HY cigarette factory and the result of questionnaire, this paper makes a deep analysis on the current situation of cigarette material inventory control system, and probes into its existing problems and reasons. This paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for the inventory control of cigarette materials in HY cigarette factory, and provides some ideas and suggestions for the improvement of cigarette material inventory control system in HY cigarette factory, so as to share information, share risks and avoid inventory risks. The goal of optimizing the inventory management process and minimizing the cost can be achieved so as to improve the core competitiveness of HY cigarette factory and realize the transformation to the benefit of management. At the same time, the conclusion of this paper, the improvement of the implementation and research prospects are objectively stated.
