【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化的不斷發(fā)展,世界各國對能源的需求日益增大,傳統(tǒng)能源面臨較大的壓力,與此同時,由使用傳統(tǒng)能源所造成的環(huán)境污染也日益嚴重。隨著新興戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)概念的提出,我國把目光逐漸投到新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)上。湖南省是一個能源需求量大但能源資源相對短缺的省份,大力發(fā)展水電、生物質(zhì)能、沼氣能等新能源在湖南省是可行的并且對湖南省工業(yè)發(fā)展有著巨大的促進作用。優(yōu)化能源結構,大力發(fā)展新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)是湖南省正面臨的一大課題。而要破解這一課題,金融對新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持是必不可少的。在這樣的大背景下,研究金融支持湖南省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 本文利用理論與實證研究相結合的方法,首先,對新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的定義以及特點進行簡單的概述,并從金融規(guī)模、金融結構、金融效率和不同融資方式這兩個方面作金融支持新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的機理研究,從理論部分得出金融支持新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要性。其次,利用EVIEWS軟件對金融和新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)進行單位根檢驗、協(xié)整檢驗和格蘭杰因果檢驗,得出在湖南省,不論是金融發(fā)展規(guī)模、金融發(fā)展結構還是金融發(fā)展效率都對湖南省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起著至關重要的作用。具體來說,湖南省金融發(fā)展效率和金融發(fā)展規(guī)模與新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)呈正相關性,而金融發(fā)展結構與新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)呈負相關性。再次,為了確定不同融資方式融資效率的高低,利用模糊綜合評判法進行了湖南省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不同融資效率的實證檢驗,得出的結論是在湖南省新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)的融資中政府投資和銀行借款的融資效率是高的,其次是發(fā)行債券,而風險投資和股票融資的融資效率較低。最后,結合湖南省金融支持新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題以及實證研究結果提出了使金融更好地服務新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrialization, the demand for energy in the world is increasing day by day, and the traditional energy is facing great pressure. At the same time, the environmental pollution caused by the use of traditional energy is becoming more and more serious. With the development of the concept of new strategic industry, our country has gradually turned its attention to the new energy industry. Hunan Province is a province with large energy demand but relatively short of energy resources. It is feasible to develop new energy sources such as hydropower, biomass energy, biogas energy and so on, and it plays a great role in promoting the industrial development of Hunan Province. Optimizing energy structure and developing new energy industry are a major task facing Hunan Province. To solve this problem, financial support for the new energy industry is essential. Against this background, it is of great significance to study the financial support for the development of new energy industry in Hunan Province. In this paper, we combine the theory with the empirical research, first of all, the definition and characteristics of the new energy industry are briefly summarized, and from the financial scale, financial structure, This paper studies the mechanism of financial support to new energy industry from the aspects of financial efficiency and different financing methods, and concludes the importance of financial support for new energy industry from the theoretical part. Secondly, using EVIEWS software to carry out unit root test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to finance and new energy industry, it is concluded that in Hunan Province, regardless of the scale of financial development, The structure of financial development and the efficiency of financial development play an important role in the development of new energy industry in Hunan Province. Specifically, the financial development efficiency and the scale of financial development in Hunan Province are positively correlated with the new energy industry, while the financial development structure has a negative correlation with the new energy industry. Thirdly, in order to determine the financing efficiency of different financing methods, this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to test the different financing efficiency of new energy industry in Hunan Province. The conclusion is that in the financing of new energy industry in Hunan Province, the efficiency of government investment and bank borrowing is high, followed by issuing bonds, while the financing efficiency of venture capital and stock financing is low. Finally, based on the problems existing in the financial support of the new energy industry in Hunan Province and the empirical research results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to make the finance better serve the development of the new energy industry.
