【摘要】：通過產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合提高產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力是近年來世界船舶工業(yè)的一個突出特點。本文首先在總結日、韓、中國船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合經(jīng)驗和教訓的基礎上,提出中國船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的適用模式。接著采用定量戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣與三角模糊評價相結合的方法構建船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合模式選擇模型,并以江蘇揚子江船業(yè)為例進行實證研究。最后提出中國造船業(yè)要吸取日韓造船集團化、多元化經(jīng)營的教訓,以專業(yè)化、規(guī)�；�、特色化為出發(fā)點,優(yōu)化船舶產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與協(xié)作體系,降低成本,提高效率,增強企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the integration of industrial chain to improve the competitiveness of the world shipbuilding industry is a prominent feature. Based on the experiences and lessons of Japan, Korea and China, this paper puts forward the applicable mode of the integration of China's shipbuilding industry chain. Then the paper uses the quantitative strategic planning matrix and triangular fuzzy evaluation method to construct the model selection model of ship industry chain integration, and takes the Yangzijiang shipping industry in Jiangsu as an example to carry on the empirical research. Finally, the author points out that China's shipbuilding industry should learn from the lessons of Japanese and Korean shipbuilding collectivization and diversified management, take specialization, scale and characteristics as the starting point, optimize the division of labor and cooperation system of shipbuilding industry, reduce costs and improve efficiency. Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
