【摘要】:隨著全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益激烈,人力資本對(duì)一個(gè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展起到越來越重要的作用,它逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成為目前全球企業(yè)財(cái)富的創(chuàng)造者以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的承擔(dān)者。從某種程度上講,人力資源的內(nèi)涵也從以前的一種控制手段轉(zhuǎn)變成為目前的一種管理手段。企業(yè)在運(yùn)營(yíng)過程中實(shí)行激勵(lì)的最直接意圖是正確地調(diào)整員工工作的思想動(dòng)機(jī),最大限度增強(qiáng)員工在工作中獲得的滿意度,使管理者和企業(yè)員工在完成工作目標(biāo)的同時(shí)更能夠從工作中實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的需要,而且也能夠激發(fā)員工的工作積極性和創(chuàng)造性,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)與員工自身發(fā)展的雙贏局面。當(dāng)今社會(huì)的發(fā)展可謂是日新月異,導(dǎo)致員工自身的需求也跟著不斷變化,進(jìn)而帶來激勵(lì)的與時(shí)俱進(jìn)。因此,對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來講,如何建立良好的員工激勵(lì)模式,并且能夠制定和運(yùn)用好激勵(lì)機(jī)制是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)面臨的亟待解決的重要問題。 本文以xy油田企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,以激勵(lì)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以xy油田企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)管理為主線,并運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)xy油田企業(yè)員工激勵(lì)效力進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析評(píng)價(jià)。首先,從激勵(lì)相關(guān)理論出發(fā),同時(shí)結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)xy油田企業(yè)的激勵(lì)實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了比較詳細(xì)的分析。然后,通過運(yùn)用前面調(diào)查問卷分析結(jié)論,對(duì)xy油田企業(yè)中三類員工分別進(jìn)行了激勵(lì)機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)。最后,給出了xy油田企業(yè)員工進(jìn)行激勵(lì)機(jī)制的平衡與建議,總結(jié)xy油田企業(yè)的激勵(lì)機(jī)制改進(jìn)與完善的原則、阻力以及基本程序。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition of globalization, human capital plays a more and more important role in the development of an enterprise, and it gradually becomes the creator of global enterprise wealth and the bearer of risk. To a certain extent, the connotation of human resources has changed from a former means of control to the present one. The most direct intention of enterprises to implement incentives in the course of operation is to correctly adjust the ideological motivation of employees' work, and to maximize the degree of satisfaction gained by employees in their work. At the same time, managers and employees can achieve their own needs from the work, but also can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, and finally achieve the win-win situation of the development of enterprises and employees themselves. Nowadays, the development of the society is changing with each passing day, which leads to the constant change of the staff's own needs, and then brings the motivation to keep pace with the times. Therefore, for an enterprise, how to establish a good employee incentive model, and to be able to develop and apply a good incentive mechanism is an important problem to be solved urgently. This paper takes XY oilfield enterprise as the research object, takes the incentive theory as the foundation, takes the XY oilfield enterprise staff incentive management as the main line, and uses the questionnaire method to carry on the relatively systematic analysis and the appraisal to the XY oil field enterprise staff incentive effect. Firstly, based on the incentive theory and questionnaire survey, the actualization status of XY oilfield enterprises is analyzed in detail. Then, the incentive mechanism of three kinds of employees in XY oilfield is designed by using the analysis conclusion of questionnaire. Finally, the paper gives the balance and suggestion of the incentive mechanism of XY oil field enterprise, summarizes the principle, resistance and basic procedure of improving and perfecting the incentive mechanism of XY oilfield enterprise.
