【摘要】：正為國內(nèi)外廣泛關(guān)注的十八屆五中全會通過了《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃的建議》。《建議》提出的創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享五大發(fā)展理念是最核心的內(nèi)容,其中"創(chuàng)新"居首位。此對于涂料行業(yè)"十三五"規(guī)劃的編制具有重大的指導(dǎo)意義。由此,涂料行業(yè)"十三五"規(guī)劃編制基本情況和思路也成為行業(yè)所關(guān)注的焦點。為了初步了解涂料行業(yè)"十二五"規(guī)劃完成情況、"十三五"規(guī)劃編制背景、編制思路和框架,本刊特從規(guī)劃編制單位——中國涂料工業(yè)協(xié)會了解了相關(guān)信息以饗讀者,望能為了解行業(yè)未來發(fā)展及為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)起到一定作用。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, which has been extensively concerned at home and abroad, adopted the "proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development." the proposal puts forward innovation, coordination, green, and openness. Sharing five development ideas is the core content, among which "innovation" is the first. This is of great guiding significance to the formulation of the third five-year plan of the paint industry. As a result, the paint industry "the third five-year" planning and preparation of the basic situation and ideas have become the focus of the industry. In order to preliminarily understand the completion of the 12th Five-Year Plan of the paint industry, the background, train of thought and framework of the 13th Five-Year Plan, this magazine has learned the relevant information from the planning and compiling unit, the China Coatings Industry Association, for readers. Hope to understand the future development of the industry and provide guidance for the development of enterprises play a role.
