【摘要】:制造業(yè)是一個國家的基礎(chǔ)性和支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),它能夠準(zhǔn)確的反映出一個國家生產(chǎn)能力、國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和綜合國力的水平。2011年,世界上最大的制造業(yè)國家已經(jīng)是中國,在科學(xué)技術(shù)水平日新月異、飛速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)在,制造業(yè)已經(jīng)給中國帶來了巨大的發(fā)展空間和可觀的利潤。從制造業(yè)的發(fā)展初期到現(xiàn)在,流水線在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中凸顯出的作用日趨明顯,并且逐步成長為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中不可缺少的一部分,它不僅能夠使產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)的效率大大提高,也能夠大大的節(jié)約人力資源。作為一種生產(chǎn)組織形式,流水生產(chǎn)線的高效性和先進(jìn)性一直在生產(chǎn)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。早在21世紀(jì)初,流水生產(chǎn)線就開始應(yīng)用于汽車的裝配及制造,從此揭開了大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)新的一頁,制造業(yè)前所未有的輝煌被流水生產(chǎn)線帶來。目前,采用流水線的方式生產(chǎn)制造出來的產(chǎn)品在市場上占絕大多數(shù)。在流水線生產(chǎn)中,流水線的平衡率是反映一個產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo),也是衡量產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)效能的重要指標(biāo)。產(chǎn)線的靜態(tài)平衡率能反映出產(chǎn)線在理想狀態(tài)下運作的生產(chǎn)效率,而動態(tài)平衡率則能反映出產(chǎn)線在受外界因素干擾下的實際平衡率。本論文旨在探究生產(chǎn)線平衡率的波動因素,并將這些因素引入到平衡率計算中,形成生產(chǎn)線多因素動平衡率模型和周期工時的測算方法,并且通過改善這些因素,使生產(chǎn)線效率有所提高。通過在F公司Alvin裝配線的實習(xí)調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)F公司利用現(xiàn)有方法測量與計算出的平衡率與觀察到的實際不符,并且裝配線的平衡率和產(chǎn)量較低。分析其中的原因,針對平衡率與實際不符的問題,提出了一套測算周期工時的新方法,并建立了多因素動平衡率模型,通過實測數(shù)據(jù)驗證并用Flexsim軟件進(jìn)行仿真,證明該模型適用于Alvin產(chǎn)品裝配線。針對動平衡率和產(chǎn)量較低問題,對Alvin產(chǎn)品裝配線現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行了改善,改善后效果顯著,平衡率和產(chǎn)量都得到了提高。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing is the basic and pillar industry of a country. It can accurately reflect the level of a country's productive capacity, national economy and overall national strength. In 2011, the largest manufacturing country in the world was China. With the rapid development of science and technology, manufacturing industry has brought huge development space and considerable profits to China. From the beginning of the development of manufacturing to the present, the role of assembly line in industrial production has become increasingly obvious and has gradually grown into an indispensable part of industrial production. It can not only improve the quality and efficiency of product production, but also save human resources. As a form of production organization, the efficiency and advancement of the production line has been playing an important role in production. As early as the beginning of the 21st century, the running water production line began to be applied to the assembly and manufacture of automobiles. Since then, a new page of large-scale production has been opened, and the unprecedented brilliance of the manufacturing industry has been brought by the flowing water production line. At present, the use of assembly lines to produce the products made in the market accounted for the overwhelming majority. In the production of assembly line, the balance rate of assembly line is an important index to reflect the production efficiency and quality of a production line, and also an important index to measure the efficiency of production line. The static equilibrium rate of the production line can reflect the production efficiency of the production line operating under the ideal condition, while the dynamic equilibrium rate can reflect the actual equilibrium rate of the production line under the interference of external factors. The purpose of this paper is to explore the fluctuating factors of production line equilibrium rate, and to introduce these factors into the calculation of balance rate, to form a multi-factor dynamic balance rate model of production line and the calculation method of periodic man-hour, and to improve these factors by improving these factors. The efficiency of the production line has been improved. Through the practice investigation in the Alvin assembly line of company F, it is found that the balance rate measured and calculated by the existing methods is not in accordance with the observed balance rate, and the balance rate and output of the assembly line are lower. By analyzing the reasons, aiming at the problem that the balance rate is not in accordance with the actual situation, a new method of measuring cycle time is put forward, and a multi-factor dynamic balance rate model is established. The model is verified by the measured data and simulated with Flexsim software. It is proved that this model is suitable for Alvin assembly line. Aiming at the problem of low dynamic balance rate and low output, the field of Alvin assembly line is improved, the effect is remarkable, and the balance rate and output are improved.
