【摘要】:食品工業(yè)在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中起著重要的作用,它既是我國(guó)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),也是富民產(chǎn)業(yè),既是朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),也是污染相對(duì)小的產(chǎn)業(yè)。方便食品制造業(yè)以其產(chǎn)品便利性的特點(diǎn),順應(yīng)了人們生活方式轉(zhuǎn)變,成為食品工業(yè)中最有活力和發(fā)展前景的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。 本文通過(guò)建立方便食品制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用聚類分析法和熵權(quán)法對(duì)河北、河南、山東三省方便食品制造業(yè)進(jìn)行綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)。本文所建立的指標(biāo)體系包含實(shí)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和潛力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo);其中實(shí)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力包括規(guī)模競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、獲利競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、成長(zhǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、效率競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力四個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo);潛力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力除創(chuàng)新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力外,還在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,引入食品安全競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和環(huán)境競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo);綜合得出河北省方便食品制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力略低于山東,但與河南省存在較大差距的結(jié)論。為了進(jìn)一步發(fā)現(xiàn)河北省的根本問(wèn)題,又對(duì)三省方便食品制造業(yè)從企業(yè)和產(chǎn)品角度進(jìn)行深層次的分析。最終總結(jié)出河北省方便食品制造業(yè)存在以下方面的問(wèn)題:方便食品產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值低,企業(yè)數(shù)量少、規(guī)模小、品牌優(yōu)勢(shì)不明顯;方便食品企業(yè)產(chǎn)品成本控制差,價(jià)格優(yōu)勢(shì)不明顯,,企業(yè)投資效益低;方便食品企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入少,產(chǎn)品升級(jí)周期比較長(zhǎng),創(chuàng)新成果少;方便食品產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,產(chǎn)品品類不健全;對(duì)河北省的優(yōu)越的地理位置、豐富的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品資源利用不到位;食品安全雖然相對(duì)于河南山東稍有優(yōu)勢(shì),但仍需提高食品安全的水平;環(huán)境方面有待改善,減少污染物的排放。 本文最后對(duì)河北省方便食品制造業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題,分別從政府層面和企業(yè)層面有針對(duì)性的提出了提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的建議。政府層面的建議主要有:政府加強(qiáng)對(duì)方便食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視,提供政策支持,加強(qiáng)資金投入;做好產(chǎn)業(yè)布局和產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃,促進(jìn)方便食品產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè),積極培育龍頭企業(yè);走特色小吃工業(yè)化道路,發(fā)展一批競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)勁的對(duì)外出口企業(yè);做好食品安全控制監(jiān)督體系,嚴(yán)格把控食品安全;加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管,為企業(yè)營(yíng)造良好的減排減污競(jìng)爭(zhēng)機(jī)制。企業(yè)層面的建議主要包括:加強(qiáng)對(duì)食品企業(yè)的成本控制,提高資金利用率;注重食品科技的創(chuàng)新;企業(yè)自身注重品牌的培育;加強(qiáng)對(duì)食品安全的控制;加強(qiáng)環(huán)保意識(shí),提高對(duì)污染物的凈化,可把環(huán)境保護(hù)作為企業(yè)文化來(lái)宣揚(yáng)。
[Abstract]:Food industry plays an important role in the national economy of our country. It is not only the pillar industry of our country, but also the industry of enriching the people, it is not only the sunrise industry, but also the industry with relatively small pollution. The convenience food manufacturing industry is one of the most dynamic and developing industries in the food industry because of its characteristics of convenience, which conforms to the change of people's lifestyle and becomes one of the most dynamic and promising industries in the food industry. In this paper, the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of convenient food manufacturing industry is established, and the comprehensive competitiveness of convenient food manufacturing industry in Hebei, Henan and Shandong provinces is evaluated by cluster analysis and entropy weight method. The index system established in this paper includes two primary indexes: strength competitiveness and potential competitiveness, among which the strength competitiveness includes four secondary indexes: scale competitiveness, profit competitiveness, growth competitiveness and efficiency competitiveness. In addition to innovative competitiveness, the potential competitiveness is based on previous studies, introducing two secondary indicators of food safety competitiveness and environmental competitiveness, and synthesizing that the competitiveness of Hebei Province's convenient food manufacturing industry is slightly lower than that of Shandong Province. But there is a big gap with Henan Province. In order to find out the fundamental problems of Hebei Province, the paper makes a deep analysis of the three provinces' convenient food manufacturing industry from the angle of enterprises and products. Finally summed up the following problems in the convenient food manufacturing industry in Hebei Province: the production value of convenience food industry is low, the number of enterprises is small, the scale is small, the brand advantage is not obvious, the cost control of convenient food enterprises is poor, and the price advantage is not obvious. The investment benefit of enterprise is low; the innovation investment of convenience food enterprise is less, the product upgrade period is longer, the innovation result is less; the industrial structure of convenient food is unreasonable, the product category is not perfect; the superior geographical position for Hebei Province, The abundant agricultural product resources are not utilized in place; although the food safety is slightly superior to that of Henan and Shandong, the level of food safety still needs to be improved, and the environment needs to be improved to reduce the emission of pollutants. At the end of this paper, the problems of convenient food manufacturing industry in Hebei Province are discussed, and some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness are put forward from the government level and the enterprise level. The suggestions at the government level are as follows: the government should pay more attention to the convenience food industry, provide policy support, strengthen the capital input, do well the industrial layout and industrial planning, promote the construction of the convenient food industry park, and cultivate the leading enterprises actively; Take the road of industrialization of characteristic snacks, develop a group of competitive foreign export enterprises; do a good food safety control and supervision system, strictly control food safety; strengthen supervision, create a good emission reduction and pollution reduction competition mechanism for enterprises. The suggestions at the enterprise level mainly include: strengthening the cost control to the food enterprises, improving the utilization rate of funds; paying attention to the innovation of the food science and technology; the enterprises themselves paying attention to the cultivation of the brand; strengthening the control of the food safety; strengthening the consciousness of environmental protection. Improve the purification of pollutants, environmental protection as corporate culture to promote.
