【摘要】:民營(yíng)企業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)初創(chuàng)期與成熟期,逐步進(jìn)入集團(tuán)化。隨著規(guī)模的不斷增大,企業(yè)面臨著越來(lái)越多的壓力與挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)不僅需要具有雄厚的物力、財(cái)力、人力等優(yōu)勢(shì),以及在資金、技術(shù)運(yùn)用上不斷積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),更需要有熟練的、規(guī)范的、科學(xué)的管理技術(shù)。其中,激勵(lì)制度是人力資源管理中的核心內(nèi)容。我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和數(shù)量的劇增,企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開(kāi)人力資源的充分利用,激勵(lì)制度也就成了企業(yè)吸引人才、留住人才的重要手段,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)激勵(lì)制度的主要目的在于提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,提高員工的工作的積極性。激勵(lì)制度的建立與完善對(duì)于企業(yè)發(fā)展而言至關(guān)重要。本文通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪的方式,重點(diǎn)調(diào)研了L公司的人力資源管理中的激勵(lì)模式。筆者通過(guò)與公司管理層的訪談,了解和掌握了L有限公司的概況,發(fā)展的歷程以及目前企業(yè)管理的現(xiàn)狀。在深入調(diào)研該企業(yè)人力資源管理模式的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)公司激勵(lì)體系進(jìn)行了梳理,并分析了L公司的激勵(lì)模式現(xiàn)狀特征,從而對(duì)該企業(yè)發(fā)展中的激勵(lì)模式提出了一些建議。激勵(lì)體系的構(gòu)建不是單一的項(xiàng)目,構(gòu)建后的體系也不是一勞永逸、一成不變的,這需要在實(shí)施與實(shí)踐的過(guò)程中不斷的調(diào)整、優(yōu)化,真正做到“以人為本”,才能充分調(diào)動(dòng)員工的工作熱情和積極性,才可以適應(yīng)不斷變化的人力資源市場(chǎng)環(huán)境以及公司人力資源管理戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Private enterprises through the initial and mature period, step by step into the collectivization. With the increasing of scale, enterprises are facing more and more pressure and challenge. Enterprises need not only abundant material resources, financial resources, manpower and other advantages, but also accumulated experience in the application of capital and technology, but also need skilled, standardized, scientific management technology. Among them, incentive system is the core content of human resource management. The development of our country's economy cannot do without the expansion of the enterprise scale and the sharp increase of the quantity, and the development of the enterprise can not do without the full utilization of human resources, so the incentive system has become an important means for enterprises to attract and retain talents. The main purpose of the modern enterprise incentive system is to improve the production efficiency and the enthusiasm of the staff. The establishment and perfection of incentive system is very important for the development of enterprises. This paper focuses on the incentive mode of human resource management in L Company through field visits. Through the interview with the management of the company, the author understands and grasps the general situation, the course of development and the present situation of enterprise management of L Ltd. On the basis of deeply investigating the human resource management mode of the enterprise, this paper combs the incentive system of the company, and analyzes the characteristics of the incentive mode of L company, and puts forward some suggestions for the incentive mode in the development of the enterprise. The construction of the incentive system is not a single project, nor is the system once and for all established, which requires constant adjustment and optimization in the process of implementation and practice, so as to truly achieve "people-oriented". In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff, can adapt to the changing human resources market environment and the company's human resources management strategy.
