勤上光電企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:為了順應(yīng)國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展變革的步伐,引領(lǐng)公司進(jìn)一步持續(xù)發(fā)展,指導(dǎo)公司今后經(jīng)營(yíng)管理活動(dòng),本文從整體思路和總體發(fā)展方向上對(duì)勤上光電企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行探討和研究。在對(duì)公司進(jìn)行了廣泛深入的研究后,按企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略所涉的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析、戰(zhàn)略制定及戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施三個(gè)不同階段,,探討如何塑造勤上光電的發(fā)展經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,確保勤上光電能百戰(zhàn)不殆,長(zhǎng)盛不衰。 面對(duì)復(fù)雜變化的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,本文首先對(duì)勤上光電企業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,然后通過(guò)SWOT分析,即對(duì)勤上光電企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、威脅和機(jī)遇進(jìn)行分析,最終擬定了勤上光電的戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施采取的相應(yīng)措施。到現(xiàn)在,一成不變的完美戰(zhàn)略方案和實(shí)施手段同時(shí)并存的美好時(shí)光早已風(fēng)光不再。而戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施,更多的是一種不斷互相調(diào)整,不斷完善的過(guò)程,甚至可以說(shuō)是一個(gè)不斷從錯(cuò)誤中學(xué)習(xí)調(diào)整的過(guò)程。因此,對(duì)各種戰(zhàn)略理論的分析比較是制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的第一步。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)LED行業(yè)面臨的環(huán)境形勢(shì)分析和LED產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈具體情況分析,結(jié)合對(duì)勤上光電企業(yè)內(nèi)部的技術(shù)水平、管理水平、運(yùn)營(yíng)能力、生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量控制能力進(jìn)行綜合分析,對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分析了企業(yè)特有的能力,進(jìn)行了勤上光電企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的選擇分析。通過(guò)對(duì)勤上光電企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究,總結(jié)出了我國(guó)LED行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展可參考的思路,對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)其他公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In order to conform to the pace of economic development and reform at home and abroad, to guide the company's further sustainable development, and to guide the company's future management activities, this paper discusses and studies the development strategy of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground from the overall thinking and the overall development direction. After extensive and in-depth research on the company, according to the analysis of the internal and external environment involved in the enterprise strategy, the strategy formulation and the implementation of the strategy, this paper discusses how to shape the development and management strategy planning of the company. Make sure that the photoelectric on the ground can not be defeated, long-lasting. In the face of the complex changing international and domestic economic environment, this paper first analyzes the external environment and internal environment of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground, and then through the SWOT analysis, analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground. Finally, the paper draws up the strategy of photoelectric on the ground and the corresponding measures to be taken in the implementation of the strategy. By now, the perfect strategy and the means of implementation at the same time the good times are long gone. The formulation and implementation of strategy is more a process of continuous adjustment and improvement, or even a process of learning from mistakes. Therefore, the analysis and comparison of various strategic theories is the first step in formulating enterprise development strategy. Based on the analysis of the environmental situation facing the domestic LED industry and the specific situation of the LED industry chain, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the technical level, management level, operation ability, production and quality control ability of the photoelectric enterprises on duty. This paper evaluates the internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, analyzes the unique ability of the enterprise, and analyzes the selection of the strategy of the photoelectric enterprise on the ground. Through the research on the development strategy of the photoelectric enterprises on the ground, the paper summarizes the ideas for the sustainable development of the LED industry in our country, which has certain guiding significance for the management and management of other companies in the industry.
