【摘要】:改革開放以來,我國(guó)民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)蓬勃發(fā)展,因此研究經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè),不僅對(duì)我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和借鑒性,而且對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)健康快速發(fā)展具有普遍意義。 傳化集團(tuán)是中國(guó)知名的多元化民營(yíng)企業(yè)集團(tuán),具有較高的地位和影響力,同時(shí)集團(tuán)在企業(yè)文化建設(shè)方面頗具特色,具有借鑒意義。因此本論文以傳化集團(tuán)為案例,通過運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、訪談和調(diào)查問卷研究分析和奎因(Quinn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性文化價(jià)值模型的企業(yè)文化測(cè)評(píng)方法等相關(guān)理論,考察了傳化集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷程、公司內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)及公司管理制度、員工行為、組織氛圍等方面的情況,結(jié)合集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),通過定性分析集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)狀況和定量分析員工對(duì)于集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的認(rèn)知情況,,以“質(zhì)”的診斷和“量”的測(cè)度使結(jié)果相互印證,客觀、整體地反映了傳化集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀。同時(shí)在集團(tuán)各級(jí)職員中廣泛取樣,展開調(diào)研。對(duì)回收的數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,測(cè)得集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)在各層面上的狀況,通過總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),查找不足,探索建立傳化集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化體系建設(shè)方案及其實(shí)施策略。 本論文的研究成果在于建立了一套成體系的傳化集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化體系建設(shè)方案及實(shí)施策略,希望為傳化集團(tuán)后續(xù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展決策和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供有效參考作用,同時(shí)也為其他民營(yíng)企業(yè)企業(yè)文化體系建設(shè)提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the private economy of our country has developed vigorously. Therefore, the study of the construction of the private enterprise culture in the period of economic and social transformation is not only of great pertinence and reference to the cultural construction of the private enterprise in our country. Moreover, it is of universal significance to promote the healthy and rapid development of China's private economy. Chuanhua Group is a well-known diversified private enterprise group in China, which has a high status and influence. At the same time, the group has its own characteristics in the construction of enterprise culture and has reference significance. Therefore, this paper takes Chuanhua Group as a case, through the use of literature analysis, interviews and questionnaire research analysis and Quinn Quinn-based competitive cultural value model of corporate culture evaluation methods and other relevant theories, to investigate the development process of Chuanhua Group. The company's internal organizational structure and management system, employee behavior, organizational climate and other aspects of the situation, combined with the strategic objectives of the group, Through the qualitative analysis of the cultural construction of the group enterprise and the quantitative analysis of the cognition of the staff to the cultural construction of the group enterprise, the results are confirmed and objectively verified by the diagnosis of "quality" and the measurement of "quantity". As a whole, it reflects the present situation of enterprise culture construction in Chuanhua Group. At the same time in the group staff at all levels of extensive sampling, research. Statistical analysis of the recovered data is carried out by using SPSS software, and the status of corporate culture construction in the group is measured. Through summing up the experience and finding out the deficiencies, the paper explores the construction scheme and implementation strategy of the enterprise culture system of the transmission-oriented group. The research result of this paper lies in the establishment of a set of systematic construction scheme and implementation strategy of enterprise culture system of Chuanhua Group, hoping to provide an effective reference for the subsequent business development decision and enterprise culture construction of Chuanhua Group. At the same time, it also provides reference for the construction of other private enterprise culture system.
