【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)作為制造業(yè)的核心部分，是整個工業(yè)的基礎，決定了一個國家在國際分工中的地位。近年來，裝備制造業(yè)在中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位日益增強，并體現(xiàn)出其在國家經(jīng)濟安全和國防安全上的重要地位。國家和地方都出臺了一系列政策支持裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展。目前河北省的裝備制造業(yè)在規(guī)模上已經(jīng)僅次于鋼鐵行業(yè)，居第二大產(chǎn)業(yè)地位，在全國排名中游，但是河北省的裝備制造業(yè)大而不強。核心問題是技術創(chuàng)新能力欠缺，依然走低端重復制造的老路。技術創(chuàng)新能力是國家或地區(qū)競爭力的核心，，加快河北省裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展，必須提升行業(yè)的技術創(chuàng)新能力，必須找到一條適合河北省自身情況的技術創(chuàng)新路徑。 本文通過查閱大量文獻和對相關數(shù)據(jù)進行收集分析，對裝備制造業(yè)與技術創(chuàng)新理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)典理論進行梳理，分析了技術創(chuàng)新的3種典型路徑和促使企業(yè)開展技術創(chuàng)新活動的動力機制；總結概括了河北省裝備制造業(yè)的特點和存在的主要問題；選取國內(nèi)外典型地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展路徑，進行比較研究，得出河北省裝備制造業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新路徑的總體思路。 在對以上分析的基礎上，利用研發(fā)溢出理論和投入產(chǎn)出技術，建立研發(fā)溢出效應模型。利用河北省2010年的投入產(chǎn)出表和研發(fā)投入數(shù)據(jù)，通過RD溢出效應模型，計算河北省42部門研發(fā)流量系數(shù)矩陣，結合聚類分析方法，詳細分析了河北省裝備制造業(yè)各部門RD溢出效益情況；最終得出相關對策路徑。
[Abstract]:As the core part of manufacturing industry, equipment manufacturing industry is the basis of the whole industry and determines the position of a country in the international division of labor. In recent years, the equipment manufacturing industry plays an increasingly important role in China's economic development, and reflects its important position in national economic security and national defense security. The state and the local government have issued a series of policies to support the development of the equipment manufacturing industry. At present, the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is second only to the steel industry, ranking in the middle of the national ranking, but the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is large and not strong. The core problem is the lack of technological innovation ability, and still follow the old road of low-end repeated manufacturing. The ability of technological innovation is the core of national or regional competitiveness. To speed up the development of Hebei's equipment manufacturing industry, it is necessary to promote the technological innovation ability of the industry and find a path of technological innovation suitable for Hebei's own situation. By consulting a large number of literature and collecting and analyzing the relevant data, this paper combs the domestic and foreign research status and classical theories of equipment manufacturing industry and technology innovation theory. This paper analyzes three typical paths of technological innovation and the motive mechanism of promoting enterprises to carry out technological innovation, summarizes the characteristics and main problems of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. This paper selects the development path of equipment manufacturing industry in typical areas at home and abroad, carries on the comparative research, obtains the overall idea of the technology innovation path of the equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province. Based on the above analysis, the model of R & D spillover effect is established by using R & D spillover theory and input-output technology. Based on the input-output table and R & D input data of Hebei Province in 2010, the R & D flow coefficient matrix of 42 departments in Hebei Province is calculated by Rd spillover effect model, and the cluster analysis method is used. This paper analyzes the R D spillover benefit of equipment manufacturing departments in Hebei Province in detail, and finally comes to the relevant countermeasures.
