【摘要】：本文以大連伊維公司焊接車間生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)改造為契機(jī),針對(duì)車間原有的單工位計(jì)件式生產(chǎn)以及無(wú)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)的低效率狀態(tài),運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)理論、作業(yè)空間設(shè)計(jì)思想、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)方法和流水線設(shè)計(jì)等理論方法對(duì)焊接車間生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)模式進(jìn)行分析,確立以流水生產(chǎn)線方式進(jìn)行焊接作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),用流水方式替代原有的單工位焊接模式,提高生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)能力、產(chǎn)品配套率,降低產(chǎn)品不良率。實(shí)現(xiàn)了單件流生產(chǎn),提升了數(shù)據(jù)采集的精度,改變了由于數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)困難造成的產(chǎn)品零部件多余的生產(chǎn)浪費(fèi)。本文的主體內(nèi)容包括：(1)總結(jié)了大連伊維公司焊接車間生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀,包括生產(chǎn)模式、生產(chǎn)工藝、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)配置、車間布局等,對(duì)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)存在的多方面問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析。(2)進(jìn)行流水生產(chǎn)線工位設(shè)計(jì)與人力資源配置,計(jì)算流水線的節(jié)拍,設(shè)計(jì)焊接操作方法及流水線人力資源配置。(3)進(jìn)行焊接流水線生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)流水線設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)實(shí)施。闡述了焊接車間生產(chǎn)模式和生產(chǎn)工藝等多方面存在的問(wèn)題。將傳統(tǒng)的單工位計(jì)件生產(chǎn)模式改變?yōu)榱魉�集群方式生產(chǎn),改變傳統(tǒng)工藝將短線焊接也簡(jiǎn)化為對(duì)稱錯(cuò)開點(diǎn)焊方式,提高效率也降低成本。(4)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)改善效果評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)改善結(jié)果進(jìn)行合理的評(píng)判。本文以大連伊維公司的焊接工藝改造為范本,強(qiáng)調(diào)輕工制造業(yè)、勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)在提高效率,擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能的探索過(guò)程中面臨的各種問(wèn)題和處理方案,對(duì)同類型企業(yè)將會(huì)起到一定借鑒作用
[Abstract]:This paper takes the transformation of welding workshop production system of Dalian Ivy Company as the turning point, aiming at the original single-station piecework production and the inefficient state without job instruction, using lean production theory and the design idea of work space. The standard operation method and assembly line design are used to analyze the production process and production mode of welding workshop, and the welding operation design is established in the way of flowing water production line, and the original welding mode of single station is replaced by flowing water mode. Improve production capacity, product matching rate, reduce product defect rate. The single piece flow production is realized, the precision of data acquisition is improved, and the redundant production waste of product parts caused by the difficulty of data statistics is changed. The main content of this paper includes: (1) summarizing the present situation of welding workshop production system in Dalian Yves Company, including production mode, production process, production system configuration, workshop layout, etc. Analyze the problems existing in the production system. (2) carry out the work station design and human resource allocation of the production line, calculate the rhythm of the assembly line, Design welding operation method and assembly line human resource configuration. The production mode and production process of welding workshop are discussed. The traditional production mode of single workpiece is changed into assembly line cluster mode, and the short line welding is simplified to symmetrical staggered spot welding mode by changing the traditional technology. The improvement effect evaluation of the production system is improved by increasing efficiency and reducing cost. Make a reasonable judgment on the improvement result. Taking the welding process transformation of Dalian Ivy Company as a model, this paper emphasizes all kinds of problems and solutions in the process of improving efficiency and expanding production capacity in the light industry manufacturing industry and labor-intensive enterprises.
