電網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模型及其信息系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理已成為企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的基本概念之一,是貫穿現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的一個(gè)重要范疇。如何適應(yīng)經(jīng)營環(huán)境的變化,提高抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力成為擺在企業(yè)管理者面前的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)而嚴(yán)峻的問題。企業(yè)要想在市場競爭中立于不敗之地,就必須加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。電網(wǎng)企業(yè)作為公共服務(wù)類企業(yè),既要貫徹國家對國有企業(yè)規(guī)范管理的要求,又要實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)與企業(yè)的發(fā)展,因此對經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理越來越重視。 本文首先回顧了國內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究與應(yīng)用情況,分析了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)整體經(jīng)營與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀并且指出電網(wǎng)企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的不足之處。論述了信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢及信息技術(shù)為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)提升經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平帶來的機(jī)遇;诘聽柗品▽﹄娋W(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行有效識別,并逐一分析存在的內(nèi)外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素;趩巫兞磕P团cZ計(jì)分模型,構(gòu)造出適合電網(wǎng)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警數(shù)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)核心經(jīng)營指標(biāo),分別從盈利能力、償債能力、運(yùn)營能力與成長能力四個(gè)方面建立了電網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理指標(biāo)體系。搭建電網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng)框架,建立電網(wǎng)企業(yè)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理系統(tǒng),并分經(jīng)營信息收集、分析與評估、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)處理四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行描述。結(jié)合山東濱海供電公司經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控實(shí)例分析,驗(yàn)證經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)預(yù)警效果。研究成果將對電網(wǎng)企業(yè)目前經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管控具有啟發(fā)意義,為電網(wǎng)企業(yè)在今后發(fā)展中對經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控制度的建立,提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At present, risk management has become one of the basic concepts of enterprise management, and it is an important category of modern enterprise management. How to adapt to the change of management environment and improve the ability to resist risks has become a realistic and severe problem in front of enterprise managers. Enterprises must strengthen risk management if they want to be invincible in market competition. As public service enterprises, power grid enterprises should not only carry out the national standard management requirements of state-owned enterprises, but also realize the development of power grid and enterprises, so they pay more and more attention to management risk management. Firstly, this paper reviews the research and application of risk management at home and abroad, analyzes the present situation of the whole management and risk management of power grid enterprises, and points out the shortcomings of the risk management of power grid enterprises. This paper discusses the development trend of information technology and the opportunity brought by information technology for grid enterprises to improve the level of management risk management. Based on Delphi method, the operating risk of power grid enterprises is effectively identified, and the internal and external risk factors are analyzed one by one. Based on the single variable model and Z scoring model, a mathematical model of early warning of business risk is constructed for power grid enterprises. According to the core management index of power grid enterprise, the index system of management risk management of power grid enterprise is established from four aspects: profitability, solvency, operation ability and growth ability. In this paper, the management risk management system of power grid enterprise is set up, and the system is described by four subsystems: information collection, analysis and evaluation, risk warning and risk preprocessing. Combined with Shandong Binhai Power supply Company operating risk management and control case analysis, verify the dynamic early warning effect of management risk. The research results will enlighten the management and control of the current management risk of power grid enterprises and provide a certain theoretical basis for the establishment of the management risk control system in the future development of power grid enterprises.
