基于二元能力的高技術(shù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理AKL生物技術(shù)公司的案例

【摘要】:高技術(shù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理成功的實(shí)踐研究,對(duì)中國(guó)高技術(shù)企業(yè)提高創(chuàng)新管理能力、為我國(guó)盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)由“中國(guó)制造”向“中國(guó)創(chuàng)造”的巨大轉(zhuǎn)變具有重要的參考價(jià)值。本文基于二元能力的理論視角,以AKL生物技術(shù)公司發(fā)展歷程為案例研究對(duì)象,系統(tǒng)地研究了促進(jìn)高技術(shù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理能力形成的四大要素,即創(chuàng)新價(jià)值的合理定位、創(chuàng)新管理平臺(tái)的建立與完善、創(chuàng)新人才的培養(yǎng)與發(fā)展以及組織管理思維形態(tài)的合理定位。本文在查閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料和對(duì)AKL生物技術(shù)公司相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行訪談與調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行研究分析,詳細(xì)深入地揭示了企業(yè)二元能力促使組織具備并應(yīng)用相互沖突行為的能力并總結(jié)出促進(jìn)高技術(shù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新管理能力形成的四大要素。企業(yè)創(chuàng)新價(jià)值的定位是個(gè)對(duì)延續(xù)性創(chuàng)新和破壞性創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略選擇的過程:前者是對(duì)高端產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行更高質(zhì)量和性能的創(chuàng)新,企業(yè)需要具備足夠的資金和技術(shù)實(shí)力等來支持創(chuàng)新活動(dòng);后者是對(duì)低端市場(chǎng)或者零消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新需要立足于目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品與客戶特定工作任務(wù)的緊密相關(guān);創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略的正確選擇有利于企業(yè)依據(jù)自身資金和技術(shù)實(shí)力尋找合理市場(chǎng)切入點(diǎn)。創(chuàng)新管理平臺(tái)的建立與完善,包括核心技術(shù)工藝問題的突破等五個(gè)方面內(nèi)容,該平臺(tái)有利于解決創(chuàng)新管理的柔性特征與效率特征之間的矛盾,從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新成果的持續(xù)形成。對(duì)人才的國(guó)際化與本土化兩方面特質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)與發(fā)展,有利于企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才團(tuán)隊(duì)的形成。企業(yè)管理思維形態(tài)的合理定位:在創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目發(fā)展的初期,以結(jié)果導(dǎo)向?yàn)橹黧w的管理思維形態(tài)更有利于企業(yè)盡快產(chǎn)生效益以求生存;而創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目發(fā)展到一定規(guī)模階段,過程導(dǎo)向更有利于企業(yè)管理規(guī)范性與穩(wěn)定性,為進(jìn)一步發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件;在組織架構(gòu)中層次越高越適用結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,層次越低越適用過程導(dǎo)向的管理思維形態(tài)。
[Abstract]:The practical research on the successful innovation management of high-tech enterprises has important reference value for China to improve the ability of innovation management and realize the great transformation from "made in China" to "created in China" as soon as possible. In this paper, based on the theory of dual capability, taking the development course of AKL Biotechnology Company as the case study object, this paper systematically studies the four elements that promote the formation of innovation management ability of high-tech enterprises, that is, the reasonable orientation of innovation value. The establishment and perfection of innovative management platform, the cultivation and development of innovative talents and the rational orientation of thinking form of organizational management. On the basis of consulting relevant literature and interviewing and investigating AKL Biotechnology Company, this paper makes research and analysis. This paper reveals in detail the dualistic ability of enterprises to promote the ability of organization to possess and apply conflicting behaviors and sums up the four elements that promote the formation of innovation management ability of high-tech enterprises. The orientation of enterprise innovation value is a process of continuous innovation and destructive innovation strategy selection: the former is the innovation of higher quality and performance of high-end products, enterprises need sufficient funds and technical strength to support innovation activities; The latter is to the low-end market or zero consumption market products, enterprise innovation needs to be based on the target product and customer specific task closely related; The correct choice of innovation strategy is helpful for enterprises to find a reasonable market entry point according to their own capital and technical strength. The establishment and perfection of innovation management platform, including the breakthrough of core technology and process problems, is helpful to solve the contradiction between flexible and efficiency characteristics of innovation management. So as to promote the sustainable formation of enterprise innovation results. The cultivation and development of the internationalization and localization of talents are beneficial to the formation of innovative talents team. The rational orientation of enterprise management thinking form: in the initial stage of innovation project development, the result-oriented management thinking form is more conducive to the enterprise to produce benefits as soon as possible in order to survive, while the innovation project develops to a certain scale stage. Process orientation is more conducive to the standardization and stability of enterprise management, creating conditions for further development; the higher the level of organizational structure, the more applicable the result orientation, the lower the level, the more suitable the management thinking form of process orientation.
