【摘要】：能源消費(fèi)總量大、煤炭供應(yīng)和消費(fèi)比重大、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重的基本形勢(shì),決定了未來(lái)我國(guó)能源發(fā)展的方向是控制總量、提高效率、優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、努力提高清潔能源所占比重。為此,黨中央提出了推動(dòng)能源革命的5點(diǎn)要求,指明了我國(guó)能源未來(lái)發(fā)展的路徑。作者認(rèn)為,新一輪能源革命是引領(lǐng)第三次工業(yè)革命的關(guān)鍵力量,也是中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興夢(mèng)想的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇;其主要標(biāo)志是新能源技術(shù)與信息技術(shù)的融合,以高效化、清潔化、低碳化、智能化為主要特征;它將以一種全新的模式代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的、粗放的用能模式,并給傳統(tǒng)能源和制造業(yè)帶來(lái)顛覆性的沖擊。我國(guó)油氣資源,尤其是非常規(guī)資源十分豐富,提高油氣生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)比例,特別是提高天然氣在一次能源中的比例符合我國(guó)能源發(fā)展方向,但關(guān)鍵是油氣行業(yè)能否抓住能源革命帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,實(shí)現(xiàn)科技進(jìn)步和技術(shù)革命。作者提出通過(guò)跨越、變革、復(fù)興、轉(zhuǎn)變和顛覆五大路徑實(shí)現(xiàn)由傳統(tǒng)油氣到未來(lái)油氣的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:The basic situation of large amount of energy consumption, large proportion of coal supply and consumption and serious environmental pollution determines the direction of energy development in China in the future is to control the total amount, improve efficiency, optimize the structure, and strive to increase the proportion of clean energy. Therefore, the Party Central Committee put forward five requirements to promote the energy revolution, and pointed out the path of the future development of energy in China. The author holds that the new round of energy revolution is the key force leading the third industrial revolution, and it is also the strategic opportunity for China to realize the dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the main symbol of which is the integration of new energy technology and information technology in order to achieve high efficiency. Cleanness, low carbonization, and intelligence are the main features. It will replace the traditional, extensive energy use mode with a new model, and will bring about a disruptive impact on traditional energy and manufacturing industries. China is rich in oil and gas resources, especially unconventional resources. Increasing the proportion of oil and gas production and consumption, especially the proportion of natural gas in primary energy, is in line with the direction of energy development in China. But the key is whether the oil and gas industry can seize the opportunity brought by the energy revolution and realize scientific and technological progress and technological revolution. The author proposes that the development goal from traditional oil and gas to future oil and gas can be realized through five paths: leapfrogging, reforming, reviving, transforming and subverting.
