【摘要】：十一屆三中全會的召開,拉開了我國改革開放的歷史序幕,在過去的三十五年里,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)得到了迅速的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。隨著我國房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)與轎車行業(yè)的崛起,以鋁產(chǎn)品開發(fā)為代表的有色金屬行業(yè)對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的基礎(chǔ)支撐地位逐漸被人們所認(rèn)識到。鋁作為一種金屬物質(zhì),起著推動我國工業(yè)發(fā)展的重要作用。十八大之后,我國進(jìn)入了全面建成小康社會的新時期,鋁作為推動國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要的基礎(chǔ)性原料,特別是隨著電子科技和信息科技的發(fā)展,我國對鋁的需求無疑將持續(xù)增加,鋁在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位將持續(xù)提高。但是,我們也應(yīng)客觀地認(rèn)識到,我國鋁行業(yè)在這些年的發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了如污染嚴(yán)重、浪費(fèi)資源、產(chǎn)能過剩等一系列不盡如人意的地方。造成這一局面的原因既有國內(nèi)整個宏觀政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的影響,但更大部分原因是由制鋁企業(yè)自身所造成的,唯物辯證法告訴我們：外因影響內(nèi)因,外因通過內(nèi)因起作用,所以為解決制鋁行業(yè)所存在的一系列問題,必須從造成這些問題的內(nèi)因出發(fā)�；谝陨戏治�,本文將以S鋁業(yè)公司為例,對該公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略體系的建立與規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究。論文首先對相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行厘定并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果進(jìn)行回顧：對財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略管理的理論與模型進(jìn)行了闡述。隨后從宏觀環(huán)境與微觀環(huán)境兩個層次分析了S鋁業(yè)公司的發(fā)展環(huán)境。接著筆者運(yùn)用SWOT模型與波士頓矩陣對S鋁業(yè)公司的競爭優(yōu)劣勢機(jī)會威脅及產(chǎn)品情況進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析。在對行業(yè)整體情況以及公司各方面運(yùn)營情況有了全局的把握后,繼而提出了S鋁業(yè)公司的財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo)、應(yīng)注意的問題及操作路徑,并對財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了評價。本文采用規(guī)范研究與案例分析、微觀分析與宏觀分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,對公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略體系的建立與規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了全面而深入的研究。本文可供鋁業(yè)企業(yè)制定經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略和財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略時參考。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee opened the historical prelude of China's reform and opening up. In the past 35 years, China's economy has been developing rapidly and making progress. With the rise of China's real estate industry and car industry, the basic support position of non-ferrous metal industry represented by aluminum product development to the national economy has been gradually recognized by people. Aluminum, as a metal material, plays an important role in promoting the development of China's industry. After the 18th National Congress, China entered a new period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Aluminum is an important basic raw material for promoting the development of the national economy, especially with the development of electronic science and technology and information technology. There is no doubt that the demand for aluminum in China will continue to increase, and the status of aluminum in the national economy will continue to increase. However, we should also realize objectively that the aluminum industry in our country has appeared a series of unsatisfactory places such as serious pollution, waste of resources, overcapacity and so on in the development process of these years. The causes of this situation are not only the influence of the whole domestic macroeconomic policy and the economic environment, but also most of the reasons caused by the aluminum enterprises themselves. Materialist dialectics tells us that external factors influence internal causes, external factors play a role through internal factors. Therefore, to solve a series of problems existing in the aluminum industry, we must start from the internal causes of these problems. Based on the above analysis, this paper will take S Aluminum Company as an example to study the establishment and planning of its financial strategy system. Firstly, the related concepts are defined and the research results in related fields at home and abroad are reviewed: the financial strategy, the theory and model of strategic management are expounded. Then the development environment of S aluminum company is analyzed from two levels of macro environment and micro environment. Then the author uses SWOT model and Boston matrix to analyze the opportunity threat and product situation of S aluminum company. After holding the whole situation of the industry and all aspects of the operation of the company, the paper puts forward the objectives, problems and operating paths of S Aluminum Company's financial strategy, and evaluates the financial strategy. In this paper, normative research and case analysis, micro analysis and macro analysis are used to study the establishment and planning of corporate financial strategy system. This paper can be used as a reference for aluminum enterprises to formulate business strategy and financial strategy.
