【摘要】:隨著越來越多的企業(yè)意識到物流外包的重要性和其對企業(yè)的價值,越來越多的企業(yè)開始采取物流外包的運作模式,通過物流外包,很多企業(yè)獲得了成本、服務(wù)和管理等方面的優(yōu)勢,物流外包由此被認為是解決企業(yè)物流問題的萬金油。然而任何的外包都是有風(fēng)險的,外包風(fēng)險事件一旦發(fā)生,可能對企業(yè)造成極大的負面影響,因此企業(yè)應(yīng)該對外包進行慎重決策。 本文在國內(nèi)外物流外包等相關(guān)文獻研究基礎(chǔ)上,回顧物流外包相關(guān)理論,對物流外包的效益和風(fēng)險進行全面分析;以HD公司物流中心為實例,實地調(diào)研了該公司在倉儲管理方面的種種現(xiàn)狀,針對其存在的倉庫布局分散、倉儲管理混亂、信息化水平低下等問題,提出了將倉儲管理外包給第三方的建議。HD公司將倉儲管理外包最主要的出發(fā)點是改善倉儲管理現(xiàn)狀,提高效率和降低倉儲成本,同時公司也害怕外包可能出現(xiàn)的不確定風(fēng)險。因此文章從需求、外包效益和外包風(fēng)險三個方面進行分析,以發(fā)現(xiàn)該公司的外包需求,外包是否具有經(jīng)濟性,以及外包風(fēng)險等級大小。通過實證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了該公司倉儲管理中倉庫、人員、信息化等存在問題,從而提出外包建議;在外包建議基礎(chǔ)上,進行了外包效益分析,證明了外包的經(jīng)濟性;最后通過風(fēng)險分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)外包風(fēng)險等級較小,證明了外包的可行性。
[Abstract]:As more and more enterprises realize the importance of logistics outsourcing and its value to enterprises, more and more enterprises begin to adopt the operation mode of logistics outsourcing. With the advantages of service and management, logistics outsourcing is considered to be the solution to enterprise logistics problems. However, any outsourcing is risky, once the outsourcing risk event occurs, it may have a great negative impact on the enterprise, so the enterprise should make a prudent decision on outsourcing. Based on the research of domestic and international logistics outsourcing and other related literature, this paper reviews the relevant theory of logistics outsourcing, analyzes the benefits and risks of logistics outsourcing, and takes the logistics center of HD company as an example. This paper investigates the current situation of the company in warehouse management on the spot, aiming at the problems such as scattered warehouse layout, confused warehouse management, low information level, etc. This paper puts forward the suggestion of outsourcing warehousing management to third parties. The main starting point of outsourcing warehouse management in HD company is to improve the status quo of warehouse management, improve efficiency and reduce storage cost. At the same time, the company is afraid of the uncertain risks of outsourcing. Therefore, this paper analyzes the outsourcing demand, outsourcing efficiency and outsourcing risk in order to find out the outsourcing demand, whether outsourcing is economical or not, and the level of outsourcing risk. Based on the empirical analysis, the problems of warehouse, personnel, informatization and so on in the warehouse management of the company are found, and the suggestion of outsourcing is put forward, the benefit of outsourcing is analyzed on the basis of the suggestion of outsourcing, and the economy of outsourcing is proved. Finally, through risk analysis, it is found that outsourcing risk level is small, which proves the feasibility of outsourcing.
