【摘要】：正0引言輪胎循環(huán)利用,包括輪胎翻新、廢輪胎生產(chǎn)橡膠粉和再生橡膠,不能再生的廢輪胎進行熱裂解,生成燃料油、炭黑,回收鋼絲。中國的新輪胎產(chǎn)量已連續(xù)10年居世界第一,每年產(chǎn)生的廢輪胎也是全球最多。全球廢輪胎年產(chǎn)生量約30多億條,中國的廢輪胎年產(chǎn)生量達到3億多條,而且僅指汽車輪胎,不包含數(shù)量更大的自行車、三輪車、力車胎和摩托車輪胎。如何清潔再生并高值化利用廢輪胎,已列入國家戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃,屬于"重要資源循環(huán)利用重點工程",并
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the recycling of tyres, including tire retreading, waste tire production of rubber powder and recycled rubber, pyrolysis of non-renewable waste tires, formation of fuel oil, carbon black, and recovery of steel wire. China's production of new tyres has been ranked first in the world for 10 consecutive years, and the number of waste tires produced annually is the highest in the world. The annual output of waste tires in the world is more than 3 billion, while that in China is more than 300 million. It only refers to automobile tyres and does not include a larger number of bicycles, tricycles, motorcycles and motorcycles. How to clean and regenerate waste tire with high value has been included in the national strategic new industry development plan, which belongs to the "key project of recycling and utilization of important resources".
