【摘要】：以2013年中國74個首批PM2.5監(jiān)測城市的截面數(shù)據(jù)為研究樣本,應(yīng)用TOBIT模型進(jìn)行霧霾與工業(yè)化發(fā)展之間的實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明:首先,若某城市工業(yè)增加值占GDP比提高1個百分點(diǎn),那么其霧霾天數(shù)將增加約4天。其次,若某城市象征重工業(yè)化度的重要指示變量霍夫曼系數(shù)之倒數(shù)提高1個百分點(diǎn),那么其霧霾天數(shù)也將增加約1天。第三,所監(jiān)測城市化程度越高,則所對應(yīng)的霧霾現(xiàn)象也越嚴(yán)重。據(jù)此,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式不作調(diào)整的前提下,中國城市霧霾現(xiàn)象將難以解決。
[Abstract]:Based on the cross-sectional data of 74 PM2.5 monitoring cities in China in 2013, the empirical analysis between haze and industrialization was carried out by using TOBIT model. The results show that, first of all, if the ratio of industrial added value to GDP is increased by 1%, the number of days of haze will increase by about 4 days. Secondly, if the reciprocal of the Huffman coefficient, an important indicator of the degree of heavy industry, is increased by 1 percentage point, the number of haze days will increase by about one day. Third, the higher the degree of urbanization monitored, the more serious the corresponding haze phenomenon. Therefore, without adjustment of economic development mode, the haze phenomenon in Chinese cities will be difficult to solve.
