【摘要】:產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理(Product Data Management, PDM)是以信息技術為基礎,以產(chǎn)品為核心,實現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品相關的數(shù)據(jù)、過程、資源集成管理的思想和技術,是制造業(yè)信息化的重要組成部分。本文結合國家科技支撐計劃項目“支撐浙江省支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的制造業(yè)信息化綜合應用示范”,針對浙江省嵊州市中小電機產(chǎn)業(yè),研究與開發(fā)面向小微電機制造企業(yè)的PDM技術與系統(tǒng),為重制造輕設計、技術基礎薄、管理不規(guī)范、專業(yè)人才缺乏的小微電機制造企業(yè)提供可行的信息化解決方案。 首先簡要介紹了PDM技術和系統(tǒng)及其企業(yè)應用現(xiàn)狀,指出了現(xiàn)有PDM系統(tǒng)主要適合于大中型制造企業(yè)的信息化,具有價格昂貴、功能強大、通用程度高、實施周期長等特點,難以在我國量大面廣的小微制造企業(yè)中應用。 其次在分析小微電機制造企業(yè)應用PDM系統(tǒng)的目標和重點內容的基礎上,結合PDM方法與技術,建立了面向小微電機制造企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品模型、數(shù)據(jù)模型和產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)管理模型,探討了小微電機制造企業(yè)實施PDM系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)管理、訪問控制和過程管理等關鍵技術。 第三對小微電機制造企業(yè)的PDM系統(tǒng)進行了需求分析,提出了以電機產(chǎn)品、圖文檔和工作流為重點的面向小微電機制造企業(yè)的PDM系統(tǒng)框架,給出了PDM系統(tǒng)的功能模型、信息模型,詳細闡述了電機產(chǎn)品管理、圖文檔管理、工作流管理等模塊的實現(xiàn)方案,并給出了系統(tǒng)的運行實例。 最后對論文的研究與開發(fā)工作進行了總結與展望。
[Abstract]:Product Data Management (PDMs) is an important part of manufacturing informatization, which is based on information technology and product as the core, and realizes the idea and technology of product related data, process and resource integration management. This paper studies and develops the PDM technology and system for the small and medium-sized electrical industry in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, in the light of the National Science and Technology support Project "Integrated Application demonstration of Manufacturing Informatization supporting the pillar Industries in Zhejiang Province", which is aimed at the small and medium-sized electrical industry in Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It provides a feasible information solution for the small micromotor manufacturing enterprises which emphasize manufacturing light design, technical foundation is thin, management is not standard, and professionals are lacking. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the technology and system of PDM and its application in enterprises, and points out that the existing PDM system is mainly suitable for the informationization of large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. It has the characteristics of high price, powerful function, high generality, long implementation period and so on. It is difficult to apply in the small and micro manufacturing enterprises with large quantity and wide range in our country. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the target and key content of PDM application system in small micromotor manufacturing enterprise, combining with PDM method and technology, the product model, data model and product data management model for small micromotor manufacturing enterprise are established. The key technologies of data management, access control and process management for PDM system in small micromotor manufacturing enterprises are discussed. In the third part, the requirement of PDM system of small micromotor manufacturing enterprise is analyzed, and the PDM system framework for small micromotor manufacturing enterprise is put forward, which focuses on motor product, drawing document and workflow, and the function model and information model of PDM system are given. The realization scheme of motor product management, graph and document management, workflow management and so on are described in detail, and the running examples of the system are given. Finally, the research and development work of this paper is summarized and prospected.
