安徽采油廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系建立研究

【摘要】:管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,是企業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理的基礎(chǔ)和前提,是企業(yè)抓好質(zhì)量管理工作的關(guān)鍵,它使企業(yè)從生產(chǎn)到經(jīng)營(yíng)、從企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者到各級(jí)人員、各個(gè)部門、各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都有組織、有計(jì)劃地按企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行,從而達(dá)到企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的合理化、高效率、高質(zhì)量。因此,如何采取切實(shí)有效的現(xiàn)代化管理方法,提高企業(yè)基礎(chǔ)管理水平和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,從根本上解決企業(yè)當(dāng)前存在管理粗獷的問題,成為擺在安徽采油廠面前的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略課題。為此,論文選取安徽采油廠企業(yè)管理為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)研究其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系建立問題,旨在為國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)尤其采油廠的科學(xué)化管理工作進(jìn)行有益探索。研究的主要內(nèi)容有:首先,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和研究,在相關(guān)概念與理論的指導(dǎo)下,對(duì)安徽采油廠目前企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題進(jìn)行深入分析,明確開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理工作的必要性和重要性。其次,針對(duì)安徽采油廠標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理中存在的問題,運(yùn)用管理整合、流程管道等理論進(jìn)行了以基層管理體系、機(jī)關(guān)(部門)崗位管理體系、廠業(yè)務(wù)管理體系和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理考評(píng)體系為內(nèi)容的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系建立的研究,旨在運(yùn)用科學(xué)的管理方法來解決企業(yè)管理中存在的問題。再者,對(duì)安徽采油廠如何開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系建立的實(shí)踐工作進(jìn)行了深入研究,為采油廠開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系建設(shè)工作起到指引作用,為推動(dòng)安徽采油廠企業(yè)管理工作向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、程序化和科學(xué)化邁進(jìn)提供了理論支持。最后,通過研究認(rèn)為,安徽采油廠建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系,開展標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理工作,可以使生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中的復(fù)雜問題得以規(guī)范,共性問題得以統(tǒng)一,能夠提高管理效率;運(yùn)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化原理,以建立全面的操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和業(yè)務(wù)流程為手段,可以解決業(yè)務(wù)交叉、工作界面不清的問題,使采油廠管理工作“簡(jiǎn)單化”。
[Abstract]:Standardization of management is the basis and prerequisite for scientific management of enterprises, and the key for enterprises to do a good job in quality management. It enables enterprises to organize themselves from production to operation, from business leaders to personnel at all levels, and from all departments and links. According to the relevant regulations of enterprise standardization, we can achieve the rationalization, high efficiency and high quality of production and management activities. Therefore, how to adopt practical and effective modern management methods to improve the basic management level and sustainable development ability of enterprises, and fundamentally solve the problem of rough management in enterprises at present. It has become an important strategic subject in front of Anhui Oil production Plant. Therefore, this paper selects the enterprise management of Anhui oil production plant as the research object, focusing on the establishment of its standardized management system, in order to make a beneficial exploration for the scientific management of domestic enterprises, especially the oil production plant. The main contents of the research are as follows: firstly, the present situation of standardization management at home and abroad is analyzed and studied. Under the guidance of relevant concepts and theories, the present situation and main problems of standardization management in Anhui oil extraction plant are analyzed deeply. Make clear the necessity and importance of developing standardized management. Secondly, in view of the problems existing in the standardized management of Anhui oil production plant, the management integration, flow pipeline and other theories are used to carry out the management system at the grass-roots level and the post management system of the organ (department). The research on the establishment of the standardized management system of the factory business management system and the standardized management evaluation system is aimed at solving the problems existing in the enterprise management by using scientific management methods. In addition, the practice of establishing standardized management system in Anhui oil extraction plant is studied in depth, which plays a guiding role in the construction of standardized management system for oil extraction plant. It provides theoretical support for the standardization, procedure and science of the enterprise management in Anhui Oil production Plant. Finally, through the research, it is concluded that the establishment of standardized management system and the development of standardized management work in Anhui Oil production Plant can standardize the complex problems in production and management, unify the common problems, and improve the management efficiency. By using the principle of standardization and establishing a comprehensive operation standard and business process, the problems of business crossing and unclear working interface can be solved, and the management work of oil production plant can be "simplified".
