【摘要】:企業(yè)在激烈的競爭環(huán)境中想要生存和發(fā)展必須依靠技術創(chuàng)新,而其中的創(chuàng)新管理則是企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新的關鍵。A公司先前是一家從事發(fā)動機制造的老牌國有企業(yè),經(jīng)過近五十年的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品結構與市場占有率逐年下降。2009年,由于市場占有率的不斷下降和生產(chǎn)成本的增加,A公司整體效益開始下跌。為了保持自己企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢,A發(fā)動機公司于2009年初開始通過引進先進的技術及研發(fā)理念,生產(chǎn)新型替代燃料發(fā)動機為契機,大力進行技術創(chuàng)新,制定技術創(chuàng)新管理體系,通過2年時間的發(fā)展,公司新型發(fā)動機市場占有率增大,銷售額也獲得大幅提高。 針對A發(fā)動機公司的技術創(chuàng)新管理,以研究國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀為基礎,研究公司在2009年到2012年間存在的技術創(chuàng)新能力低下,產(chǎn)品核心競爭力不夠,,生產(chǎn)成本居高不下等問題。之后,針對該公司技術創(chuàng)新管理方案,提出改進措施,分析其技術創(chuàng)新成功所需的必要因素,從創(chuàng)新資源、企業(yè)研發(fā)制造、企業(yè)管理、企業(yè)銷售等方面全方位提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力和水準。本文對A發(fā)動機公司進行技術創(chuàng)新管理研究目的在于確保其在公司順利推行,進而提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,降低企業(yè)成本,提高其市場競爭力,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment, enterprises must rely on technological innovation, among which innovation management is the key of technological innovation. Company A was formerly an established state-owned enterprise engaged in engine manufacturing. After nearly 50 years of development, the product structure and market share have declined year by year. In 2009, due to the continuous decline of market share and the increase of production cost, the overall benefit of company A began to decline. In order to maintain the competitive advantage of our company, in early 2009, through introducing advanced technology and R & D concept and producing a new type of alternative fuel engine, the company began to make great efforts to carry out technological innovation and establish a technological innovation management system. Through two years of development, the company's new engine market share increased, sales have also been greatly improved. The technology innovation management of A engine company is based on the research status at home and abroad. The technology innovation ability of the company is low from 2009 to 2012, the core competitiveness of the product is not enough, and the production cost is high. Then, according to the technical innovation management scheme of the company, the improvement measures are put forward, and the necessary factors for the success of the technological innovation are analyzed, including innovation resources, enterprise R & D and manufacturing, enterprise management, Enterprise sales and other aspects of the overall improvement of innovation capabilities and standards. The purpose of this paper is to ensure the successful implementation of the technology innovation management in A engine Company, and then to improve the production efficiency, reduce the cost of the enterprise, improve its market competitiveness, and realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.
