【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,所有企業(yè)都面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化帶來的空前激烈競爭局面,物流成為企業(yè)發(fā)展的“第三利潤源”,控制成本、降本增效,可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為銷售企業(yè)必須面對的重要研究課題。P石油公司作為中國石化產(chǎn)業(yè)兩大集團(tuán)企業(yè)之一,肩負(fù)著“經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、社會”三大責(zé)任,作為下屬的云南省P石油公司面對集團(tuán)公司快速發(fā)展的需要和國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的競爭、抗衡和挑戰(zhàn),加快制定本公司發(fā)展的物流管理戰(zhàn)略迫在眉睫。因此,本文的研究,對于云南省P石油公司的物流管理戰(zhàn)略定位、戰(zhàn)略實施,在激烈的市場競爭中提升核心競爭力可以起到積極的參考和借鑒的作用。 本文研究方法主要是根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略管理理論、供應(yīng)鏈管理理論、現(xiàn)代物流管理理論,將定量研究與定性研究緊密結(jié)合,并整理加工了云南省P石油公司大量的數(shù)據(jù)、素材以及對公司物流現(xiàn)狀和管理的詳盡調(diào)研,剖析了該公司物流發(fā)展中營銷能力不足、倉儲能力不足、調(diào)運(yùn)綜合平衡能力不足以及基礎(chǔ)管理和組織配套能力不足等深層次原因,提出了公司物流的發(fā)展定位及物流管理戰(zhàn)略實施途徑,為云南省P石油公司的有質(zhì)量、有效益、可持續(xù)物流發(fā)展提出自己的觀點,具有現(xiàn)實的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, all enterprises are facing unprecedented fierce competition brought about by economic integration. Logistics has become the "third profit source" for the development of enterprises, controlling costs and reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Sustainable development has become an important research subject that sales enterprises must face .P Petroleum Company, as one of the two major group enterprises in China's petrochemical industry, shoulders three major responsibilities of "economy, politics and society". As a subordinate of Yunnan P Petroleum Company, facing the need of the rapid development of the Group Company and the competition, counterbalance and challenge of the domestic and foreign enterprises, it is urgent to speed up the formulation of the logistics management strategy of the company. Therefore, the study of this paper can play a positive reference and reference role for the logistics management strategy positioning and strategy implementation of Yunnan P Petroleum Company, and to enhance the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition. Based on the theories of strategic management, supply chain management and modern logistics management, this paper combines quantitative and qualitative research closely, and processes a large number of data from P Petroleum Company in Yunnan Province. Material and detailed investigation on the current situation and management of the logistics of the company, this paper analyzes the deep reasons such as insufficient marketing ability, insufficient storage capacity, insufficient comprehensive balance ability of dispatching and transportation, insufficient basic management and supporting ability of organization and so on in the logistics development of the company. This paper puts forward the development orientation of company logistics and the implementation of logistics management strategy, which is of practical significance for the quality, benefit and sustainable logistics development of Yunnan P oil company.
