【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,GDP保持穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng),但粗放型的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式導(dǎo)致資源消耗過大、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重、自然生態(tài)惡化。為中華民族永續(xù)發(fā)展,我們必須認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)以人為本的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,妥善處理經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與資源利用、環(huán)境保護(hù)的關(guān)系,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。而建筑業(yè)作為拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的馬車,是帶動(dòng)全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),更需要妥善處理好與生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路。建筑施工活動(dòng)一直是自然資源和能源高消耗的生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)之一。建筑物所占用的土地；建筑材料的加工、使用：施工過程中產(chǎn)生的廢棄物等,都會(huì)對(duì)周邊的生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生極大影響。其中,建筑施工階段對(duì)周邊環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的影響更是重中之重。因此,在建筑業(yè)推行綠色施工,加強(qiáng)施工企業(yè)的綠色施工管理,對(duì)于走可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路,建設(shè)資源節(jié)約型、環(huán)境友好型社會(huì)具有重要意義。目前,我國(guó)不少建筑施工企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目施工時(shí)已開始推廣綠色施工,進(jìn)行綠色施工的意識(shí)正在不斷增強(qiáng),但具體實(shí)施時(shí)還有很多問題需要解決,綠色施工管理的水平也有待提升。本文以WJ建工集團(tuán)公司的綠色施工管理為研究對(duì)象,在肯定該公司在綠色施工管理方面已有做法的同時(shí),揭示其存在的問題與不足,并指出這些問題與不足給公司和社會(huì)所帶來的危害,從內(nèi)外兩方面分析其原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)問題與原因,提出進(jìn)一步提升該公司綠色施工管理水平的具體方法和措施,以便能為我國(guó)其他建筑施工企業(yè)提升綠色施工管理水平提供實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)和借鑒方案。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development has maintained a steady growth of GDP, but extensive economic development mode leads to excessive consumption of resources, serious environmental pollution and deterioration of natural ecology. For the sustainable development of the Chinese nation, we must carry out the scientific development view of people-oriented, properly handle the relationship between economic construction and resource utilization and environmental protection, and take the road of sustainable development. The construction industry, as a carriage to stimulate the economy, is the pillar industry to drive the national economic growth. It is also necessary to properly handle the relationship with the ecological environment and take the road of sustainable development. Construction activities have been one of the production activities of high consumption of natural resources and energy. The land occupied by buildings, the processing and use of building materials, and the wastes generated in the construction process will have a great impact on the surrounding ecological environment. Among them, the construction stage of the impact on the surrounding environment is the most important. Therefore, carrying out green construction in the construction industry and strengthening the green construction management of construction enterprises are of great significance to the sustainable development, the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. At present, many construction enterprises in our country have begun to promote green construction during project construction, and the consciousness of green construction is increasing, but there are still many problems to be solved and the level of green construction management needs to be improved. This paper takes the green construction management of WJ Construction Engineering Group Company as the research object, while affirming the existing practices in the green construction management of the company, it reveals the problems and shortcomings of the green construction management system. The paper also points out the harm to the company and society caused by these problems and deficiencies, analyzes the causes from both internal and external aspects, and puts forward some concrete methods and measures to further improve the green construction management level of the company on the basis of the problems and reasons. In order to provide practical guidance and reference scheme for other construction enterprises in China to improve the level of green construction management.
