【摘要】：自改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟得到了持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,居民的消費水平逐漸提高,汽車已經(jīng)逐漸成為城市居民的必需品。我國汽車協(xié)會的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)表明,2013年全國汽車的銷量為2198.41萬輛,相比2012年增加13.9%,汽車銷量位居全球第一,并在未來繼續(xù)保持增長趨勢。汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為國民經(jīng)濟中的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)。汽車4S店提供了包括汽車維修、銷售顧問,配件管理以及保險與理賠等方面的專業(yè)服務(wù),是整個汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的重要組成部分,將是最具發(fā)展前景的行業(yè)之一。在此背景下汽車4S店將是一個重要的投資方向,本文以DZ 4S店項目為具體研究對象,對項目投資可行性及經(jīng)營策劃展開詳細(xì)研究。首先對項目可行性研究的相關(guān)理論進行闡述,對其相關(guān)理論和方法回顧。其次是對項目可行性具體研究,包括對項目的基本情況進行全面闡述,項目的規(guī)模和內(nèi)容,項目的區(qū)位條件與項目建設(shè)的必要條件；項目建設(shè)的市場前景預(yù)測；項目融資建設(shè)保障分析,從項目的資金需求估算、項目的融資方案及股份組成、資金投入計劃和項目的建設(shè)保障等幾個方面展開研究。對項目的經(jīng)營管理詳細(xì)策劃,從公司的經(jīng)營宗旨和理念、經(jīng)營可行性、管理模式及盈利模式等幾個方面展開分析；項目的經(jīng)濟效益評估,對計算的參數(shù)及價格進行確定,并對成本費用和營業(yè)收入進行估算,據(jù)此得出相關(guān)的財務(wù)報表,并根據(jù)財務(wù)報表對項目的經(jīng)濟效益進行預(yù)測。最后是根據(jù)具體分析得出的結(jié)論。本文的研究對該項目具體的投資決策具有重要的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)意義,并對未來經(jīng)營管理提供了具體措施。同時,本文對于汽車4S店項目可行性分析的方法對該行業(yè)進行可行性分析具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been sustained and rapid development, the level of consumption of residents has gradually improved, the automobile has gradually become a necessity for urban residents. The number of cars sold in 2013 was 21.9841 million, 13.9 percent more than in 2012, the country's auto association said, ranking first in the world and continuing to grow in the future. Automobile industry has become an important industry in the national economy. Auto 4S store provides professional services including auto maintenance, sales consultant, spare parts management, insurance and claim settlement and so on. It is an important part of the whole automobile industry chain and will be one of the most promising industries. Under this background, the automobile 4S shop will be an important investment direction. This paper takes DZ4Sshop project as the concrete research object, carries on the detailed research to the project investment feasibility and the management plan. Firstly, the related theories of project feasibility study are expounded, and the relevant theories and methods are reviewed. Secondly, the feasibility of the project is studied, including the basic situation of the project, the size and content of the project, the location conditions of the project and the necessary conditions of the project construction, the market prospect forecast of the project construction; The analysis of project financing construction security is carried out from several aspects, such as project capital demand estimation, project financing scheme and share composition, capital investment plan and project construction guarantee, and so on. Detailed planning and management of the project, from the company's business purposes and concepts, operational feasibility, management model and profit model, and other aspects of the analysis, evaluation of the economic benefits of the project, to determine the calculated parameters and prices, The cost cost and operating income are estimated, based on which the related financial statements are obtained, and the economic benefits of the project are forecasted according to the financial statements. Finally, according to the concrete analysis of the conclusion. The research in this paper has important practical significance for the investment decision of the project, and provides concrete measures for the future management. At the same time, this paper has some reference significance for the feasibility analysis of automobile 4Shop project.
