微利時代下FD公司新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)系統(tǒng)流程管理與重建研究

【摘要】:自從進入21世紀之后,降低產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期、高效地滿足客戶客制化的需求,成為了全球范圍的企業(yè)都要面臨的壓力,這樣的情況下,企業(yè)通常要面對兩難選擇的困惑:一方面,要不斷地創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,來滿足高品質(zhì)的功能需求;另一方面,又要重視顧客的客制化、差異化需求。因此,如何針對不同層次的客戶,在二者之間找到一個平衡點,成為了本世紀企業(yè)必須要應對的新挑戰(zhàn)[16]。不斷地開拓新產(chǎn)品是一個企業(yè)能夠持續(xù)保持動力及前進的根本源泉,F(xiàn)在大多數(shù)IT類相關企業(yè)都很重視新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工作。然而,受限于管理水平不高的原因,盡管有一些企業(yè)通過了ISO認證,仍然沒有辦法建立一套有幫助的、有用的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程。當然,在這種情況下,由于缺乏一套有效的產(chǎn)品評估辦法,新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的成本就不會合理。一個健全完善的既兼顧成本控制,又維持質(zhì)量保證的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)系統(tǒng),可使得企業(yè)在這樣一個適者生存、優(yōu)勝劣汰的微利時代,做到在競爭中超越對手。它可以幫助企業(yè)保持領先優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)長久發(fā)展,甚至做到同行業(yè)中的領軍者。FD公司是一家國際性的大型電子加工企業(yè),其客戶均是全球知名的電子產(chǎn)品公司,他們均認為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期中的成本控制及質(zhì)量保證都非常重要。本論文論述CPU連接器從開發(fā)開始、到模治具試產(chǎn)、再到最后量產(chǎn)制造移轉的這個過程的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)流程。同時,根據(jù)現(xiàn)況的問題進行分析,最后提出改善建議及對策。在此基礎上,建立了一套完整的開發(fā)系統(tǒng)流程模型。這套系統(tǒng)模型流程適合但不局限于電子連接器相關公司,這套系統(tǒng)流程具有易實施、效率高的特征。采用這套系統(tǒng)流程會使得新產(chǎn)品在開發(fā)過程中的各個階段得到緊密連接,快速發(fā)現(xiàn)及解決問題。既能有效控制開發(fā)過程中的失效風險,又能保證開發(fā)時效速度。這套系統(tǒng)流程的推廣使得新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)不再是難于控制、無法預估的事件,而是可以通過流程及表單的管理,讓其成為一個系統(tǒng)化、制式化的標準化模型方法。本文關于這套系統(tǒng)流程的設計與開發(fā)方法對相關行業(yè)新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)管理有很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, reducing the product development cycle and meeting the demand of customer-made products efficiently have become the pressure that enterprises all over the world have to face. In this case, enterprises usually have to face the dilemma: on the one hand, On the other hand, we should pay more attention to customer customization and differentiation. Therefore, how to find a balance between different levels of customers has become a new challenge to enterprises in this century [16]. Continuous development of new products is an enterprise can continue to maintain momentum and the fundamental source of progress. At present, most IT related enterprises attach great importance to the research and development of new products. However, limited by the low level of management, although some enterprises have passed the ISO certification, there is still no way to establish a helpful, useful new product development process. In this case, of course, the cost of new product development would not be reasonable due to the lack of an effective product evaluation approach. A sound and perfect product development system which takes cost control and quality assurance into account can enable enterprises to surpass their competitors in such an era of survival of the fittest, survival of the fittest and survival of the fittest. It can help enterprises to maintain a leading edge, achieve sustainable and long-term development, and even achieve the same industry leader. FD is an international large electronic processing enterprise, its customers are global well-known electronics companies, They agree that cost control and quality assurance in the product development cycle are important. This paper discusses the product development process of CPU connector from the beginning of development to the trial production of die fixture and then to the final mass production. At the same time, according to the current situation of the analysis, and finally put forward suggestions and countermeasures. On this basis, a set of complete development system flow model is established. This system model process is suitable for, but not limited to, electronic connector related companies. The system process is easy to implement and efficient. The adoption of this system process will enable the new product to be closely connected in all stages of the development process and quickly discover and solve problems. It can not only effectively control the failure risk in the development process, but also guarantee the speed of development aging. With the popularization of the system process, the new product development is no longer a difficult and unpredictable event, but a systematic and standardized model method through the management of the process and the form. The design and development method of the system flow can be used for reference for the development and management of new products in related industries.
