【摘要】：隨著世界范圍內(nèi)社會分工的不斷深化,我國制造業(yè)物流外包進(jìn)程逐漸加快。物流外包作為聯(lián)動制造業(yè)與物流業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的有力推手被人們寄予厚望。但現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中由于缺乏恰當(dāng)?shù)男畔⒐蚕頇C(jī)制與有效的信息傳遞渠道,使得制造業(yè)物流外包進(jìn)行得不徹底,完成得不成功,造成資源浪費(fèi)。因此,基于信息傳遞與共享視角對制造業(yè)物流外包效率的實(shí)現(xiàn)研究具有重要的意義。論文第一章通過介紹本文的研究背景,明確了選題的意義,主要概述了國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,然后確定了本文的研究內(nèi)容、研究方法和研究框架,并提出了可能的創(chuàng)新之處和不足。第二章主要?dú)w納和介紹了物流外包與信息的相關(guān)概念,通過討論信息與知識的關(guān)系,論證了本文隱性信息和顯性信息分類的正確性,介紹了三種理論,分別為后文物流外包、信息傳遞和信息共享的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章主要是通過對制造業(yè)物流的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總量分析、成本分析和效率分析,得出物流外包是我國制造業(yè)物流的發(fā)展趨勢,并利用核心能力理論闡述了這一結(jié)論的內(nèi)在科學(xué)性。第四章主要是論證信息傳遞與共享對于制造業(yè)物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)的根本性作用,通過兩個(gè)方面來闡述,一是直接影響物流外包作業(yè)的各個(gè)流程,二是通過與其他因素的作用來間接影響物流外包作業(yè)效率,由此可以看出盡管影響物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)的因素有很多,但信息方面的作用卻是決定性的。第五章主要從信息的傳遞角度對制造業(yè)物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)的影響分析,給出了信息傳遞的基本過程,包括三個(gè)基本要素：信息本身、信息的傳遞渠道和信息的發(fā)送者與接收者,分別從這三個(gè)基本要素對制造業(yè)物流外包效率的實(shí)現(xiàn)影響展開分析研究,得到了顯隱性信息轉(zhuǎn)換、渠道層級以及發(fā)送者和接收者素質(zhì)對物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)的影響情況。第六章主要從信息的共享機(jī)制角度對制造業(yè)物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行分析,通過總結(jié)制造業(yè)物流外包的博弈特點(diǎn),基于斯坦克爾伯格博弈構(gòu)建了一個(gè)制造業(yè)企業(yè)同物流企業(yè)信息共享機(jī)制的博弈模型,并基于博弈模型中的參數(shù)研究了信息共享對物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)的影響。第七章根據(jù)第五章和第六章的分析,提出了基于信息傳遞與共享視角的制造業(yè)企業(yè)物流外包效率實(shí)現(xiàn)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the social division of labor in the world, the process of logistics outsourcing in our manufacturing industry is speeding up. Logistics outsourcing as a linkage manufacturing industry and logistics industry to promote the development of a strong hand has been high expectations. However, due to the lack of proper information sharing mechanism and effective information transmission channels in real life, the logistics outsourcing of manufacturing industry is not carried out thoroughly and has not been completed successfully, resulting in a waste of resources. Therefore, based on the perspective of information transmission and sharing, it is of great significance to realize the efficiency of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing industry. The first chapter introduces the research background of this paper, clarifies the significance of the topic, mainly summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, and then determines the research content, research methods and research framework, and puts forward the possible innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter mainly induces and introduces the related concepts of logistics outsourcing and information. By discussing the relationship between information and knowledge, it proves the correctness of the classification of implicit information and explicit information in this paper, and introduces three theories, namely, logistics outsourcing. The research of information transmission and information sharing lays a theoretical foundation. The third chapter is mainly through the total amount analysis, the cost analysis and the efficiency analysis of the manufacturing logistics, draws the conclusion that the logistics outsourcing is the development trend of the manufacturing logistics of our country, and uses the core competence theory to expound the inherent scientific nature of this conclusion. The fourth chapter mainly demonstrates the fundamental effect of information transmission and sharing on the efficiency of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing industry. Secondly, the efficiency of logistics outsourcing is indirectly affected by the effect of other factors, which shows that although there are many factors that affect the efficiency of logistics outsourcing, the role of information is decisive. The fifth chapter analyzes the impact of information transmission on the efficiency of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing industry, and gives the basic process of information transmission, including three basic elements: the information itself, the channel of information transmission and the sender and receiver of information. From the impact of these three basic factors on the realization of logistics outsourcing efficiency of manufacturing industry, this paper analyzes and studies the effect of implicit information conversion, channel level and the quality of sender and receiver on the realization of logistics outsourcing efficiency. The sixth chapter analyzes the efficiency realization of manufacturing logistics outsourcing from the perspective of information sharing mechanism, and summarizes the game characteristics of manufacturing logistics outsourcing. Based on the Stackelberg game, a game model of information sharing mechanism between manufacturing enterprises and logistics enterprises is constructed, and the influence of information sharing on the efficiency of logistics outsourcing is studied based on the parameters of the game model. According to the analysis of the fifth and sixth chapters, the seventh chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to realize the efficiency of logistics outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises based on the perspective of information transmission and sharing.
