【摘要】:隨著全球氣候變暖,世界范圍內(nèi)綠色經(jīng)濟正在興起,很多國家大幅增加投入,用以支持節(jié)能環(huán)保、低碳技術(shù)及新能源等領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。在我國,伴隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟的大力發(fā)展,在電力、能源、環(huán)保等方面的投資與日俱增,同時,國家對中小企業(yè)的重視程度提高到一個新階段。E電氣公司迎來了前所未有的發(fā)展時機,但是,隨著電力自動化技術(shù)的進步,以及行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境的變化,公司原有的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)其動態(tài)環(huán)境,可持續(xù)發(fā)展受到威脅,因此急需對公司的戰(zhàn)略進行調(diào)整。本文通過戰(zhàn)略管理知識來分析E電氣公司的未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,力求能夠為該公司的戰(zhàn)略決策起到一定參考作用。 本文首先梳理和總結(jié)了E電氣公司當前所面臨的不可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題,以及進行戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的必要性。然后綜合運用PEST和波特五力模型,通過對公司的外部宏觀環(huán)境、產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭環(huán)境以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部資源的分析,闡明了E電氣公司符合施行差異化戰(zhàn)略的條件,公司多方面的優(yōu)勢為差異化戰(zhàn)略的實施奠定了基礎(chǔ),繼而通過與成本領(lǐng)先戰(zhàn)略、集中戰(zhàn)略的對比,提出差異化戰(zhàn)略是E電氣公司的必然選擇。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用SWOT分析法對E電氣公司的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、威脅進行全面分析,結(jié)合主要競爭對手的戰(zhàn)略剖析,明確了符合該公司的差異化戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃方案。最后,從品質(zhì)、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)等方面提出了差異化戰(zhàn)略的實施方法和保障措施,以確保E電氣公司的戰(zhàn)略順利施行。 本文的研究結(jié)論對E電氣公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實施具有實用價值,同時對國內(nèi)其他電力自動化企業(yè)具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With global warming, the global green economy is emerging, and many countries have significantly increased investment to support energy conservation, low-carbon technologies and new energy innovation. In China, with the vigorous development of the domestic economy, the investment in electricity, energy, environmental protection is increasing day by day. At the same time, The state attaches importance to small and medium-sized enterprises to a new stage. E Electric Company ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development. However, with the progress of power automation technology and the changes in the competitive environment of the industry, The company's original development strategy has been unable to adapt to its dynamic environment, sustainable development is threatened, so it is urgent to adjust the company's strategy. This paper analyzes the future development strategy of E Electric Company through strategic management knowledge, and tries to play a certain reference role in the strategic decision of E Electric Company. At first, this paper summarizes the problem of unsustainable development faced by E Electric Company and the necessity of strategic adjustment. Then, by using PEST and Porter's five-force model, through the analysis of the external macro environment, the industrial competition environment and the internal resources of the enterprise, the paper clarifies that E Electric Company conforms to the conditions of implementing the differentiation strategy. The company's advantages in many aspects have laid the foundation for the implementation of the differentiation strategy, and then through the comparison with the cost leading strategy and concentration strategy, the paper puts forward that the differentiation strategy is the inevitable choice of E Electric Company. On this basis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of E Electric Company are analyzed comprehensively by using SWOT analysis method. Combined with the strategic analysis of the main competitors, the differential strategic planning scheme in line with this company is clearly defined. Finally, the implementation method and guarantee measures of the differentiation strategy are put forward from the aspects of quality, product and service, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of E Electric Company. The conclusion of this paper is of practical value to the formulation and implementation of E Electric Company's development strategy, and also has certain reference value to other electric power automation enterprises in China.
