【摘要】：電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)具有技術(shù)含量高、附加值高、污染少、潛力大以及對經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展帶動作用大等特點，是國民經(jīng)濟的戰(zhàn)略性、基礎(chǔ)性和先導(dǎo)性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的壯大發(fā)展對于我國的經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展具有十分重要的作用。山東是我國的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)大省，無論是產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模還是研發(fā)能力，產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢都十分明顯，省內(nèi)已經(jīng)形成了具有一定規(guī)模的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。目前，山東省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群正面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)和戰(zhàn)略機遇。進一步打造山東省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力，對迅速實現(xiàn)電子信息技術(shù)突破和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，搶占技術(shù)和人才制高點，提升全省的整體創(chuàng)新能力，鞏固全省經(jīng)濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力和核心競爭力具有戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文對“山東省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力”進行了深入的研究和探討。文章首先介紹了課題的研究背景、意義和國內(nèi)外研究實際情況，為更深入的研究作了必要的理論鋪墊。然后對電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的相關(guān)概念進行了概述。同時，簡要介紹了我國電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況。在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點，設(shè)計了基于GEM模型的電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力評價指標體系。隨后，運用GEM競爭力分析方法對目前山東省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競爭力進行綜合評價，并與國內(nèi)其他電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競爭力進行對比。最后，，得出結(jié)論并對結(jié)論進行了綜合分析，對山東省電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的進一步提高提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:Electronic information industry is a strategic, basic and leading industry of the national economy, which is characterized by high technology content, high added value, less pollution, great potential and great driving effect on economic and social development. The development of electronic information industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of our country. Shandong is a big province of electronic information industry in our country. Whether it is industrial scale or R & D capability, the industrial advantage is very obvious, and the electronic information industry cluster with certain scale has been formed in the province. At present, Shandong electronic information industry cluster is facing new challenges and strategic opportunities. To further build the competitiveness of electronic and information industry clusters in Shandong Province, to rapidly realize the breakthrough of electronic information technology and industrial development, to seize the commanding heights of technology and talents, and to enhance the overall innovation ability of the whole province, It is of strategic significance to consolidate the ability of sustainable economic development and core competitiveness of the province. In this paper, the competitiveness of Shandong electronic information industry cluster has been deeply studied and discussed. This paper first introduces the research background, significance and the actual situation of the research at home and abroad, and makes the necessary theoretical foundation for further research. Then it summarizes the related concepts of electronic information industry, industrial cluster and industrial cluster competitiveness. At the same time, it briefly introduces the development of electronic information industry in China. Combined with the characteristics of electronic information industry, this paper designs the competitiveness evaluation index system of electronic information industry cluster based on GEM model. Then, the competitiveness of Shandong electronic information industry cluster is comprehensively evaluated by using GEM competitiveness analysis method, and compared with that of other electronic information industry clusters in China. Finally, the paper draws a conclusion and makes a comprehensive analysis of the conclusion, and puts forward some policy suggestions for further improving the competitiveness of electronic information industry cluster in Shandong Province.
