【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的的高速發(fā)展,全球民機(jī)市場快速增長,航空轉(zhuǎn)包國際合作項(xiàng)目在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素較多,其中生產(chǎn)能力和增速能力的準(zhǔn)確評估是轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目管理的一項(xiàng)重要工作。航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的重點(diǎn)之一是項(xiàng)目增速評估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理。本文對航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目增速評估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理進(jìn)行了全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評價(jià)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對和研究,重點(diǎn)對航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目增速評估進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估。結(jié)合航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營的特點(diǎn)和增速評估項(xiàng)目情況,在簡要闡述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估理論和方法的基礎(chǔ)上,并考慮到航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目增速評估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中的不確定性、多樣性和模糊性,運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊理論,提出層次分析-模糊綜合評價(jià)模型的航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估方法,對航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目層次分析-模糊綜合評價(jià)模型風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評估進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并結(jié)合實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了層次分析-模糊綜合評價(jià)模型對航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目增速評估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的適用性。本文通過XX航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目,應(yīng)用層次分析-模糊綜合評價(jià)模型對航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目增速評估總風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行定性定量分析,為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對策略提供了比較準(zhǔn)確和正確的信息,并通過該模型驗(yàn)證了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對措施的有效性。實(shí)證表明層次分析-模糊綜合評價(jià)法對航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目增速評估風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有合理性和有效性,建立一套系統(tǒng)的定性和定量評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提高航空轉(zhuǎn)包項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, the global civil aircraft market is growing rapidly, and there are many risk factors in the implementation of international cooperation projects of aviation subcontracting. The accurate evaluation of production capacity and growth capacity is an important task of subcontract project management. The project risk management of aviation subcontract project is one of the key points of project growth assessment risk management. This paper makes a comprehensive risk identification, risk evaluation, risk response and research on the risk management of the aviation subcontracting project growth rate evaluation, and focuses on the risk assessment of the aviation subcontract project growth rate evaluation. Combined with the characteristics of aviation subcontracting project operation and the evaluation of the project growth rate, on the basis of briefly expounding the theory and method of risk assessment, and taking into account the uncertainty, diversity and fuzziness in the risk assessment of the aviation subcontract project growth rate, Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy theory, the risk assessment method of aviation subcontract project based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is put forward, and the risk assessment of aviation subcontract project based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is analyzed in detail. An example is given to verify the applicability of the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to the risk management of aeronautical subcontracting project growth assessment. In this paper, by using the AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, the total risk of the aviation subcontracting project is evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively, which provides more accurate and correct information for the risk response strategy. The effectiveness of the risk response measures is verified by the model. The empirical results show that the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is reasonable and effective for the risk management of the aviation subcontracting project growth assessment. A set of systematic qualitative and quantitative scoring standards are established to improve the risk management capability of the aviation subcontracting project.
