礦工違章行為形成機制與演化機理研究

【摘要】:我國煤礦企業(yè)重特大事故發(fā)生數(shù)量已有回落,但安全事故仍然頻頻發(fā)生。究其主要原因為多主體行為交互作用使礦工違章行為形成機制與演化機理認識不清,治理策略針對性不足,故其違章行為屢禁不絕。沿著“形成機制分析——演化機理分析——治理策略”的邏輯主線進行研究,得出主要結果和結論如下:(1)構建并驗證了礦工違章行為形成機制結構方程模型。實證結果表明:該模型對于礦工違章行為形成具有一定解釋力。工作倦怠、受教育程度、安全知識、安全動機對礦工違章行為產(chǎn)生直接影響;工作環(huán)境既通過礦工安全動機對其違章行為間接影響,又通過安全氛圍、安全領導、群體行為安全性對礦工違章行為實施間接影響:安全氛圍、安全領導、群體行為安全性通過安全動機對礦工違章行為實施間接影響,且安全領導通過安全知識對礦工違章行為實施間接影響。(2)構建了礦工違章行為的多主體演化模型。研究表明:礦工違章行為演化系統(tǒng)是一種受控于多主體影響的復雜自適應系統(tǒng);各主體屬性對礦工違章行為選擇傾向度起效效果與作用力大小存在差異;工作環(huán)境因素中環(huán)境物化程度、工作環(huán)境舒適度、設備安全性水平均會直接或間接對礦工違章行為選擇傾向度產(chǎn)生影響。(3)提出了礦工違章行為治理策略。從構建礦工違章行為預防機制、干預機制及保障機制三方面提出礦工違章行為的治理策略。
[Abstract]:The number of serious accidents in coal mining enterprises in China has dropped, but safety accidents still occur frequently. The main reason is that the interaction of multi-subject behavior makes the formation mechanism and evolution mechanism of miner's violation of rules and regulations not clear, and the management strategy is insufficient, so the illegal behavior of miners is repeatedly prohibited. The main results and conclusions are as follows: (1) the structural equation model of formation mechanism of miner's illegal behavior is constructed and verified according to the logic thread of "formation mechanism analysis-evolution mechanism analysis-governance strategy". The empirical results show that the model can explain the formation of miner's illegal behavior. Job burnout, education level, safety knowledge, safety motivation have a direct impact on miner's violation behavior, the working environment has indirect influence on miner's violation behavior through safety motivation, and safety leadership through safety atmosphere. Group behavior safety has indirect influence on miner's violation behavior: safety atmosphere, safety leadership, group behavior safety and safety motivation. And safety leaders through safety knowledge indirectly affect miner violations. (2) the multi-agent evolution model of miner violations is constructed. The results show that: the evolution system of miner's violation behavior is a complex adaptive system controlled by multi-agent 's influence, and the effect of each subject's attribute on miner's behavior choice tendency is different from that of action force. The degree of environmental materialization, the comfort of working environment and the level of equipment safety all have direct or indirect influence on the tendency of miner's illegal behavior choice among the factors of working environment. (3) the countermeasures of miner's illegal behavior are put forward. This paper puts forward the management strategy of miner's illegal behavior from three aspects: prevention mechanism, intervention mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
