【摘要】：正中國共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆中央委員會第五次全體會議,審議通過了《中共中央關(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃的建議》。全會提出,堅持創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,必須把創(chuàng)新擺在國家發(fā)展全局的核心位置,不斷推進理論創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新、科技創(chuàng)新、文化創(chuàng)新等各方面創(chuàng)新。必須把發(fā)展基點放在創(chuàng)新上,形成促進創(chuàng)新的體制架構(gòu),塑造更多依靠創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、更多發(fā)揮先發(fā)優(yōu)勢的引領(lǐng)型發(fā)展。培育
[Abstract]:At the fifth plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee adopted the proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. The plenum pointed out that in order to persist in innovation and development, we must put innovation at the core of the overall situation of national development, and constantly promote innovation in various fields, such as theoretical innovation, institutional innovation, scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation, and so on.
