【摘要】：我國工程機(jī)械行業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分，為國家的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提供了各種先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品。工程機(jī)械行業(yè)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品大多屬于重型機(jī)械，需要企業(yè)投入大量的資金以支撐其生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營和銷售等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。但是近年來隨著國家對(duì)房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)等的調(diào)控，我國工程機(jī)械行業(yè)受到了巨大的影響，銷售收入直線下降，進(jìn)入了行業(yè)的寒冬時(shí)期，工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的發(fā)展面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。為了應(yīng)對(duì)國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)需求的萎縮，我國很多工程機(jī)械行業(yè)企業(yè)開始實(shí)施走出去的戰(zhàn)略，尋求企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。在這個(gè)過程中，工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的企業(yè)需要運(yùn)用大量的資金來支撐企業(yè)海外市場(chǎng)的拓展，同時(shí)，工程機(jī)械行業(yè)本身就屬于技術(shù)和資金密集型的產(chǎn)業(yè)，對(duì)資金的需求量比較大。因而工程機(jī)械行業(yè)企業(yè)在籌資過程中，需要合理的選擇企業(yè)的融資模式、提高融資利用效率，爭(zhēng)取為企業(yè)帶來最大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 基于上述背景，本文采用案例研究的方法，以中聯(lián)重科作為案例研究的對(duì)象。首先對(duì)相關(guān)的融資理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了梳理，如融資模式、資本結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)的盈利能力，，這些融資理論知識(shí)都是本文分析的基礎(chǔ)。其次，本文著重分析了中聯(lián)重科的幾種重要融資方式，以及對(duì)通過這些融資方式形成的融資模式特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)，再分析此種融資模式下對(duì)企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)盈利能力的影響。最后，本文通過將中聯(lián)重科與國內(nèi)外同行業(yè)企業(yè)進(jìn)行比較，得出中聯(lián)重科在融資過程中存在著一些可取之處，同時(shí)也有存在著不足的地方，對(duì)于可取的措施值得國內(nèi)同行業(yè)企業(yè)的學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒，而針對(duì)中聯(lián)重科融資過程中的不足之處，筆者提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:China's construction machinery industry is an important part of the national economy, providing various advanced products for the country's infrastructure construction. Most of the products produced by the engineering machinery industry belong to the heavy machinery. A large number of funds are needed to support the production, operation and sales of the construction machinery industry. But in recent years, with the state of the house With the regulation of production industry and so on, China's construction machinery industry has been greatly affected, the sales revenue has fallen straight down, entering the cold winter of the industry, and the development of the engineering machinery industry is facing great challenges. In order to cope with the shrinking of the domestic market demand, many enterprises in China's engineering machinery industry begin to implement the strategy of going out and seek enterprises. In this process, the enterprises in the engineering machinery industry need to use a large amount of funds to support the expansion of the overseas market. At the same time, the engineering machinery industry itself belongs to the technology and capital intensive industry, and the demand for funds is relatively large. Therefore, in the process of financing, the engineering machinery industry needs to be reasonably selected. Choose the financing mode of enterprises, improve the efficiency of financing, and strive to bring the greatest economic benefits for enterprises.
Based on the above background, this paper uses the method of case study to take ZOOMLION as the object of the case study. First of all, the related financing theory knowledge is combed, such as financing model, capital structure and the profitability of the enterprise. The theoretical knowledge of these financing is the basis of this analysis. Secondly, this paper focuses on the analysis of the ZOOMLION. The important financing ways and the characteristics of financing mode formed through these financing modes are analyzed and summarized, and the influence of this financing mode on the enterprise capital structure and the profitability of the enterprise is analyzed. Finally, this paper compares the ZOOMLION with the domestic and foreign enterprises in the same industry, and draws a conclusion that ZOOMLION is in the process of financing. At the same time, there are some inadequacies, and the advisable measures are worth learning and learning from the enterprises of the same industry at home. In view of the shortcomings of the ZOOMLION financing process, the author puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
