【摘要】：本研究通過查閱資料、實(shí)地調(diào)研等方法,對(duì)廣西木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,主要研究結(jié)果如下：(1)明確廣西木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。木薯作為木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)原料,目前在廣西存在種植面積較小且占農(nóng)作物比重很低,木薯品種退化,新品種推廣緩慢,管理粗放,農(nóng)民種植積極性不高,產(chǎn)量較低,木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)�；^低。但是廣西氣候條件適宜,土壤適合木薯生長(zhǎng),種植木薯歷史悠久,全區(qū)各地都有栽培,農(nóng)民也有種植木薯的習(xí)慣。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了發(fā)展廣西木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)的有利條件,包括自然資源優(yōu)勢(shì)、廣西木薯作為原料生產(chǎn)酒精較其他作物的優(yōu)勢(shì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì)、政府支持。(2)廣西木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的問題。包括a、各級(jí)政府重視不夠,木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)沒有真正列入廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的快車道。b、木薯種植面積小,栽培技術(shù)落后,產(chǎn)量低。c、木薯原料不足,生產(chǎn)效益不穩(wěn)。d、企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新能力弱,對(duì)木薯酒精經(jīng)濟(jì)性認(rèn)識(shí)不足。e、木薯酒精生產(chǎn)加工工藝落后,環(huán)境污染問題有待解決。為了應(yīng)對(duì)廣西木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)出現(xiàn)的問題提出以下主要對(duì)策。(1)保證木薯原料的充足供應(yīng)；(2)研制新工藝提高木薯酒精的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)；(3)合理調(diào)控木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)模：(4)優(yōu)化木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈；(5)政府應(yīng)加大扶持政策,注重產(chǎn)學(xué)研相結(jié)合,為木薯酒精產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展制訂合理的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,改良木薯種植、保鮮貯藏與木薯酒精生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的技術(shù)性難題。
[Abstract]:In this study, through access to information, field investigation method, the Guangxi cassava alcohol industry status of the investigation and analysis, the main results are as follows: (1) clear Guangxi cassava alcohol industry development status. Cassava as basic raw materials of cassava alcohol industry, currently in Guangxi are small and the proportion of crop planting area is very low, cassava varieties degradation. The promotion of new varieties of slow, extensive management, farmers enthusiasm is not high, low yield, cassava industry scale is low. But the suitable climatic conditions in Guangxi, soil is suitable for planting cassava cassava growth, has a long history, it is cultivated throughout the region, farmers have planted cassava habits. Based on the analysis of the favorable conditions for development Guangxi cassava alcohol industry, including natural resources, Guangxi cassava as raw material to produce alcohol than other crop advantage, industrial base advantages, government support (2) in Guangxi. Facing the development of cassava alcohol industry problems. Including a, governments at all levels is not enough, the cassava industry has not been listed in the Guangxi economic development of the fast lane.B, cassava planting area, cultivation of backward technology, low yield of cassava.C, lack of raw materials, production efficiency is not stable.D, enterprise technological innovation ability is weak, the cassava alcohol economic understanding.E, the cassava alcohol production process backward, environmental pollution problems to be solved. In order to deal with the Guangxi cassava alcohol industry problems put forward the following countermeasures. (1) to ensure adequate supply of raw cassava; (2) the development of new technology to improve cassava ethanol production technology; (3) reasonable regulation of cassava alcohol industry development scale. (4) the optimization of cassava alcohol industry chain; (5) the government should increase policy support, pay attention to the combination of research, reasonable development strategy for the development of cassava alcohol industry development, improvement of Cassava planting, Technical problems encountered in the process of storage and production of tapioca alcohol.
