【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,改革開放的不斷深化,水泥工業(yè)也發(fā)展迅速。由于粗放的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式帶來了資源過度消耗、環(huán)境嚴重破壞等問題,中國水泥行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩、惡性競爭等狀況,又受到經(jīng)濟危機的影響,水泥行業(yè)的發(fā)展受到了嚴重的制約。 冀東水泥吉林分公司是由唐山冀東水泥股份有限公司與吉林松江水泥廠水泥系統(tǒng)優(yōu)良資產(chǎn)實施重組于2000年注冊成立的,生產(chǎn)江城牌、盾石牌系列水泥,公司的水泥被廣泛應用于城市項目、公路、房地產(chǎn)等重要項目,但是公司也面臨產(chǎn)能過剩、消費不足等問題。 基于這種情況,本文根據(jù)SWOT模型,分析了企業(yè)所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境和內(nèi)部環(huán)境,將企業(yè)所面臨的外部機遇、挑戰(zhàn)和內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、劣勢進行匹配組合,制定出戰(zhàn)略方針和戰(zhàn)略目標。從優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構、健全財務管理制度、人力資源管理策略、技術革新和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)策略、市場營銷及市場開發(fā)策略、構建企業(yè)文化、信息化策略方面,制定了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略實施策略,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標的實現(xiàn)提供了相應的策略支撐。并綜合前面的所有分析提出企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略組合,將戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟作為總體戰(zhàn)略。將品牌戰(zhàn)略作為長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。將這兩個戰(zhàn)略與市場開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、優(yōu)化組織結(jié)構、降低成本、提高管理效率相結(jié)合,根據(jù)企業(yè)所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的具體情況進行合理的選擇。 本文以吉林冀東水泥有限公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究為課題,以實踐為主、理論為輔,結(jié)合國家宏觀調(diào)控政策、水泥行業(yè)內(nèi)的激烈競爭現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國際、國內(nèi)水泥行業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程,,運用戰(zhàn)略管理理論,制定相應的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以達到增強企業(yè)的競爭力、實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)生存和發(fā)展、推動我國水泥產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展的目標。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of reform and opening up, cement industry is also developing rapidly.Due to the excessive consumption of resources and serious damage to the environment caused by extensive economic development, the development of cement industry in China has been seriously restricted by the situation of overcapacity, vicious competition and economic crisis.Jidong cement Jilin Branch was established in 2000 by Tangshan Jidong cement Co., Ltd. and Jilin Songjiang cement Plant cement system excellent assets. It produces Jiangcheng brand, shield stone series cement,Cement is widely used in urban projects, roads, real estate and other important projects, but the company also faces overcapacity, insufficient consumption and other problems.Based on this situation, according to the SWOT model, this paper analyzes the macro environment and internal environment faced by enterprises, combines the external opportunities, challenges, internal strengths and weaknesses faced by enterprises, and formulates the strategic policy and strategic objectives.From the aspects of optimizing organizational structure, perfecting financial management system, human resource management strategy, technology innovation and product research and development strategy, marketing and market development strategy, constructing enterprise culture and information strategy, this paper formulates the implementation strategy of enterprise strategy.It provides the corresponding strategy support for the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise.The strategic alliance is regarded as the overall strategy.Brand strategy as a long-term development strategy.Combining the two strategies with the market development strategy, optimizing the organization structure, reducing the cost and improving the management efficiency, the reasonable choice is made according to the specific situation of the internal and external environment of the enterprise.In this paper, the development strategy of Jilin Jidong cement Co., Ltd. is the subject of study, mainly based on practice, supplemented by theory, combined with the national macro-control policy, the current situation of fierce competition in the cement industry, and the history of the development of domestic and international cement industry.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, realize the sustainable survival and development of enterprises and promote the benign development of China's cement industry, the corresponding development strategies of enterprises are formulated by using the theory of strategic management.
