精益六西格瑪在煉鐵廠燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:目前,鋼鐵工業(yè)已經(jīng)成為一個微利行業(yè),但鋼鐵工業(yè)的競爭卻日益激烈。鋼鐵工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展離不開鐵礦石燒結(jié)造塊技術(shù)的有力支撐。降低成本,改進技術(shù),開發(fā)、搶占新市場成為各大鋼鐵公司在競爭中取勝的主要戰(zhàn)略。很多企業(yè)希望借助精益六西格瑪管理方法來提高燒結(jié)礦質(zhì)量、降低生產(chǎn)成本。本文結(jié)合M鋼鐵企業(yè)精益六西格瑪管理的現(xiàn)狀,運用DMAIC模型及其工具,詳細闡述六西格瑪管理的五個階段——項目界定、測量、分析、改進和控制在燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用,并對改進效果進行系統(tǒng)分析與總結(jié),提出具體可操作的措施。首先分析M企業(yè)實施精益六西格瑪?shù)谋匾耘c可行性;然后根據(jù)顧客需求確定燒結(jié)改進項目,并在分析測量系統(tǒng)的可靠性的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合因果矩陣分析確定關(guān)鍵改進因子;最后通過DOE方法確定最佳原料配比,用主成分分析法和聚類分析法確定最優(yōu)操作參數(shù),并在控制階段制定各操作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本研究以M企業(yè)第一煉鐵總廠為平臺,在對精益六西格瑪管理理論和燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)流程進行全面理解的基礎(chǔ)上,將該理論直接應(yīng)用于燒結(jié)過程的質(zhì)量控制中。通過精益六西格瑪方法在煉鐵廠燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)實踐中的應(yīng)用,提升了企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理水平,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量也得到很大改善,更大限度地增強了企業(yè)的核心競爭力,同時對員工全心全意投入到工作中也起到了很好的激勵作用。另外,本研究可為精益六西格瑪管理在其他相關(guān)企業(yè)的推進提供一定的借鑒與指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the iron and steel industry has become a small profit industry, but the iron and steel industry increasingly fierce competition.The rapid development of iron and steel industry can not be separated from the strong support of iron ore sintering technology.Reducing costs, improving technology, developing and seizing new markets are the main strategies for major steel companies to win in the competition.Many enterprises hope to use Lean six Sigma management method to improve sinter quality and reduce production costs.Combined with the present situation of Lean six Sigma management in M iron and steel enterprises, the application of DMAIC model and its tools in the five stages of six Sigma management, including project definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control in sintering production, is described in detail.The improvement effect is systematically analyzed and summarized, and practical measures are put forward.Firstly, the necessity and feasibility of implementing Lean six Sigma in M enterprise are analyzed, then the sintering improvement project is determined according to the customer demand, and the key improvement factors are determined based on the reliability analysis of measurement system and causality matrix analysis.Finally, the optimal raw material ratio was determined by DOE method, the optimal operating parameters were determined by principal component analysis and cluster analysis, and the operation standards were established in the control stage.On the platform of No. 1 ironmaking plant in M enterprise, the theory is directly applied to the quality control of sintering process on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of Lean six Sigma management theory and sintering production process.Through the application of Lean six Sigma method in sintering production practice in ironmaking plant, the enterprise quality management level has been raised, the production cost has been reduced, the product quality has also been greatly improved, and the core competitiveness of the enterprise has been enhanced to a greater extent.At the same time, it also plays a good role in encouraging employees to devote themselves to their work.In addition, this study can provide some reference and guidance for Lean six Sigma management in other related enterprises.
