【摘要】：2015年5月,我隨團(tuán)赴新加坡參加"園區(qū)建設(shè)和社會(huì)管理研修班",期間通過近8天的所見所聞,使我對(duì)新加坡這座"偉大而卓越的城市"有了更深層次的了解。新加坡屬東南亞國(guó)家,最新國(guó)土總面積為726平方公里,人均GDP超過6萬美元。新加坡很美麗,整個(gè)城市找不到裸露的泥土,桿管線全部入地;新加坡很暢通,地鐵站伸進(jìn)每個(gè)社區(qū),幾乎看不到堵車現(xiàn)象;新加坡很干凈,天空是蔚藍(lán)的,工程建設(shè)裝配化程度高。作為一名園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)管理者,新加坡的園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)管理的先進(jìn)理念和經(jīng)驗(yàn)讓我大開眼界,深受震撼,其主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)六合工業(yè)園區(qū)的建設(shè)具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In May 2015, I went to Singapore to attend the "Workshop on Park Construction and Social Management". During the course of nearly 8 days of experience, I had a deeper understanding of Singapore as a "great and outstanding city".Singapore is a Southeast Asian country, the latest total area of 726 square kilometers, per capita GDP more than $60, 000.Singapore is very beautiful, the whole city can not find the bare soil, all the pole pipes into the ground; Singapore is very smooth, subway station into every community, almost no traffic jam phenomenon; Singapore is very clean, the sky is blue,The engineering construction assembly degree is high.As a manager of park planning and construction, the advanced concept and experience of planning and construction management in Singapore has greatly opened my eyes and shocked me, and its main experience has a strong guiding significance for the construction of Liuhe Industrial Park.
