【摘要】：SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)公司為加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)商的溝通合作,降低公司采購成本,緩解資金壓力,定制開發(fā)了SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站,為供應(yīng)商提供合同、采購計(jì)劃、物流、資金、績效評(píng)估等多方面信息,實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享。但在該項(xiàng)目的管理中,由于項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)難度高、時(shí)間緊迫、需求不確定且進(jìn)度估算準(zhǔn)確性差,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的有效管理成為該項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵。本文的研究主要是利用項(xiàng)目管理理論對(duì)SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行研究,制定進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并研究進(jìn)度控制方案,以保證該項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容包括以下三個(gè)方面:(1)SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站項(xiàng)目分析。通過分析SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商管理中存在的溝通問題,提出了搭建SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站的需求。闡述了 SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站的內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)要求以及項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn),并介紹了項(xiàng)目范圍、項(xiàng)目里程碑和項(xiàng)目的組織機(jī)構(gòu)。(2)SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制定。首先根據(jù)項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)確定項(xiàng)目工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),其次針對(duì)項(xiàng)目時(shí)間進(jìn)度情況,通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)排序、項(xiàng)目持續(xù)時(shí)間估算制定出項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)確定項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵路徑,制定項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,最后對(duì)該項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)工期進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,更新項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。(3)SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站的進(jìn)度控制。通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤,找出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度中的偏差,分析偏差產(chǎn)生的原因,采取制度或技術(shù)措施,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制。通過對(duì)SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)商門戶網(wǎng)站項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究,制定出該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃并進(jìn)行進(jìn)度控制,保證按時(shí)搭建起SG集團(tuán)供應(yīng)公司與供應(yīng)商之間的溝通交流平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源共享。同時(shí)在研究的過程中總結(jié)出此類信息系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制方法,為以后的信息化項(xiàng)目提供實(shí)踐依據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the communication and cooperation with suppliers, reduce the cost of purchasing and relieve the pressure of capital, SG Group supplier Portal has been developed to provide suppliers with contracts, purchasing plans, logistics, funds, etc.Performance evaluation and other aspects of information to achieve resource sharing.However, in the management of the project, due to its high technical difficulty, tight time, uncertain demand and poor accuracy of schedule estimation, effective management of the project schedule becomes the key to the success of the project.The main purpose of this paper is to use the project management theory to study the progress plan of the SG Group supplier portal project, to formulate the progress plan, and to study the progress control scheme to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects: analysis of supplier portal project of SG Group.Based on the analysis of the communication problems in SG Group supplier management, the requirement of building SG Group supplier portal is put forward.This paper expounds the contents, design requirements and project features of the SG Group supplier Portal, and introduces the project scope, project milestones and the schedule plan of the SG Group supplier Portal.Firstly, the project work breakdown structure is determined according to the project objectives. Secondly, according to the progress of the project time, the network diagram of the project is worked out by ranking the project activities and estimating the project duration, and the critical path of the project is determined by the network planning technology.Make the progress plan of the project, optimize the duration of the project activity, update the schedule plan of the project, update the progress control of the supplier portal of SG Group.By tracking the progress of the project, finding out the deviation in the progress of the project, analyzing the causes of the deviation, and adopting the system or technical measures, the progress control of the supplier portal project can be realized.Through the research on the progress management of the SG Group supplier portal project, the progress plan of the project is worked out and the progress control is carried out to ensure that the communication and exchange platform between the SG Group supply company and the supplier is set up on time.Information resource sharing is realized.At the same time, the paper summarizes the progress control method of this kind of information system project in the process of research, and provides the practical basis and experience summary for the information project in the future.
