【摘要】：近年來,隨著社會科技的日新月異的變化,人民對生活質(zhì)量的要求越來越多,因而使得國際國內(nèi)社會用電量急劇加大,對供電數(shù)據(jù)安全性的要求也越來越高。在這樣的背景下,傳統(tǒng)的購電方式及管理手段已經(jīng)無法滿足人民日益增長的物質(zhì)生活水平。因此,為了更好地服務(wù)廣大居民,方便居民生活及電力使用,企業(yè)開展了預(yù)購電服務(wù)。供電行業(yè)對于電費的收繳越來越趨近于網(wǎng)上操作,使電費繳納更加智能和自由。所以,在這樣的形勢下,泰安供電公司決定開發(fā)泰安供電公司預(yù)購電管理系統(tǒng)。本文采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?預(yù)購電管理系統(tǒng)采用J2EE架構(gòu)。采用面向?qū)ο蟮乃枷?以統(tǒng)一建模語言為分析設(shè)計工具,對預(yù)購電業(yè)務(wù)管理過程中的相關(guān)操作進(jìn)行需求分析和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,針對系統(tǒng)及用戶的特點,功能上采用多層次的軟件功能架構(gòu),技術(shù)上基于Spring框架和UIMS用戶界面,實現(xiàn)了預(yù)購電業(yè)務(wù)管理中的預(yù)購電客戶信息維護(hù)、購電投入測試、客戶購電管理、購電數(shù)據(jù)管理、購電數(shù)據(jù)審核以及手工短信催費等功能。本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了預(yù)購客戶信息維護(hù),購電投入測試,客戶購電管理,購電數(shù)據(jù)管理,購電數(shù)據(jù)審核及手工短信催費六方面的功能設(shè)計。預(yù)購電管理員可以實現(xiàn)對預(yù)購電項目的管理,包括對客戶信息的查詢、添加、刪除、修改,預(yù)購電基本參數(shù)維護(hù)及注銷客戶購電設(shè)備等功能,對剩余電量過少的用戶進(jìn)行手工催費。在這個功能中,還可以查看客戶的聯(lián)系方式及其剩余電量歷史情況,無論是預(yù)購電客戶,還是預(yù)購電管理人員,都在系統(tǒng)中得到了極大的方便和滿意。完成后的系統(tǒng)能夠很好的完成預(yù)購電業(yè)務(wù)的管理,預(yù)購電管理人員可以根據(jù)客戶的功能需要對不同的客戶及相關(guān)要求進(jìn)行管理,系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)提高了泰安供電公司預(yù)購電管理人員的管理效率,并且為預(yù)購電客戶提供短信催發(fā)服務(wù),增加了客戶的滿意度和生活工作的品質(zhì)。系統(tǒng)簡化了購電過程,節(jié)省了管理時間,提高了工作效率,使泰安供電公司預(yù)購電業(yè)務(wù)管理工作邁上了一個新的臺階。
[Abstract]:In this context, the traditional power purchase and management methods have been unable to meet the people's growing material standard of living.Therefore, in order to better serve the majority of residents, convenient for residents to live and use electricity, enterprises developed pre-purchase electricity services.The collection of electricity in power supply industry is more and more close to the online operation, which makes the payment of electricity more intelligent and free.Therefore, in this situation, Tai an Power supply Company decided to develop the Taian Power supply Company purchase management system.In this paper, the object-oriented idea is adopted, and the J2EE architecture is used in the pre-purchase power management system.Purchase data audit and manual SMS charges and other functions.The user who has too little surplus electricity will be pushed to charge by hand.In this function, we can also see the contact information of customers and the history of the remaining electricity quantity. Both the customers and the management staff have been greatly convenient and satisfied in the system.After the completion of the system can complete the management of pre-purchase business, pre-purchase management personnel can be based on the needs of the customer's function to manage different customers and related requirements,The implementation of the system improves the management efficiency of the management staff of Taian Power supply Company, and provides short message service for the customers, which increases the satisfaction of customers and the quality of life and work.The system simplifies the process of electricity purchase, saves the management time, improves the working efficiency, and advances the management work of Taian Power supply Company to a new level.
