基于價(jià)值網(wǎng)的深圳電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:隨著電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸上升為國家戰(zhàn)略,,大力發(fā)展電動(dòng)汽車已經(jīng)成為我國國內(nèi)各地區(qū)省市的共識。深圳市銳意改革,創(chuàng)新了電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)化運(yùn)營模式,并在國家補(bǔ)貼和地方補(bǔ)貼的基礎(chǔ)上,初步建立了市場化的電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式,且運(yùn)營良好。經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,深圳已經(jīng)成為我國電動(dòng)汽車示范城市中的成功案例之一。至2012年,深圳電動(dòng)汽車保有量近3000輛,在全國25個(gè)電動(dòng)汽車示范城市中排名第一。因此,對于深圳市電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式的研究具有重要借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。 本文首先對深圳市電動(dòng)汽車的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和現(xiàn)行商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹。我們從價(jià)值鏈的視角出發(fā),對深圳電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式中的價(jià)值鏈進(jìn)行逐步分解,并依據(jù)價(jià)值鏈從價(jià)值網(wǎng)的理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建了深圳市電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式價(jià)值網(wǎng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們將價(jià)值網(wǎng)的分析視角和商業(yè)模式構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行深度融合,并結(jié)合深圳電動(dòng)汽車自身特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了六個(gè)維度的綜合評價(jià)體系。在綜合評價(jià)體系中,我們考慮的維度非常全面,不僅從價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)、價(jià)值主張、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ确矫孢M(jìn)行考慮,還從社會(huì)效益、環(huán)境效益、價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)等方面進(jìn)行了綜合評價(jià),建立了系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的評價(jià)模型。通過運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價(jià)法,我們對深圳市電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式運(yùn)營的評價(jià)結(jié)果為64.33分。這說明深圳市電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展還處于初級階段,尤其是在技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)、價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)等方面仍然需要不斷提高。最后,基于本文的綜合評價(jià)結(jié)果,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外其他國家和地區(qū)電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),從價(jià)值網(wǎng)的視角出發(fā),對深圳市電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式優(yōu)化運(yùn)營提出了諸多建議,希望能夠?qū)ι钲谑须妱?dòng)汽車的發(fā)展起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。 本文將價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論運(yùn)用于電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式研究,有助于提高我國電動(dòng)汽車轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營思路,由傳統(tǒng)的價(jià)值鏈模式向智能化、系統(tǒng)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的價(jià)值網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變。同時(shí),基于價(jià)值網(wǎng)構(gòu)建的深圳電動(dòng)汽車商業(yè)模式綜合評價(jià)體系,對我國其他地區(qū)電動(dòng)汽車發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的借鑒和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of electric vehicle industry has gradually become a national strategy, vigorously developing electric vehicles has become the consensus of all provinces and cities in China.On the basis of state subsidy and local subsidy, Shenzhen has established a market-oriented electric vehicle business model with good operation.After years of development, Shenzhen has become one of the successful cases of electric vehicle demonstration city in China.By 2012, Shenzhen had nearly 3000 electric vehicles, ranking first among 25 demonstration cities in the country.Therefore, for the study of electric vehicle business model in Shenzhen has an important reference and guidance significance.In this paper, the development of electric vehicles in Shenzhen and the current business model are introduced in detail.From the perspective of value chain, we decompose the value chain of Shenzhen electric vehicle business model step by step, and according to the theoretical foundation of value chain from value net, we construct the value network of Shenzhen electric vehicle business model.On this basis, we combine the analysis angle of value net with the elements of business model, and combine the characteristics of Shenzhen electric vehicle, and construct a comprehensive evaluation system of six dimensions.In the comprehensive evaluation system, the dimensions we consider are very comprehensive, not only from the aspects of value realization, value proposition, development potential, but also from the social benefits, environmental benefits, value networks and so on.The evaluation model of system science is established.By using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the result of our evaluation on the operation of electric vehicle business model in Shenzhen is 64.33 points.This shows that the development of electric vehicle industry in Shenzhen is still in the primary stage, especially in the technical realization, value realization and other aspects still need to continue to improve.Finally, based on the comprehensive evaluation results of this paper, combined with the development experience of other countries and regions at home and abroad, from the perspective of value net, this paper puts forward many suggestions to optimize the operation of electric vehicle business model in Shenzhen.Hope to be able to promote the development of electric vehicles in Shenzhen.In this paper, the theory of value net is applied to the study of electric vehicle business model, which is helpful to improve the thinking of electric vehicle management, from the traditional value chain model to the intelligent, systematic and networked value net.At the same time, the comprehensive evaluation system of Shenzhen electric vehicle business model based on value net has a strong reference and guidance significance for the development of electric vehicle in other regions of our country.
