【摘要】：石油裝備制造企業(yè)是石油產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分。在國際油價下跌、石油企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況普遍不佳的情況下,石油裝備制造企業(yè)也面臨著較大的困難。為了促進(jìn)石油裝備制造企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須采取多種措施。加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)是促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展、擺脫困境的一個重要手段。因此加強(qiáng)石油裝備制造企業(yè)文化建設(shè)研究具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。本文以DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)為研究對象,通過對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)文化相關(guān)理論梳理,總結(jié)出DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評價指標(biāo)的影響因素及其分類。在借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,建立DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評價指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化評價指標(biāo)體系,利用模糊偏好關(guān)系與IOWA算子相結(jié)合的方法來確定各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,利用模糊綜合評價法構(gòu)建DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的綜合評價模型。利用DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評價模型,對DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)進(jìn)行評價。通過分析DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)評價結(jié)果,總結(jié)出DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的問題,找到DP石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)問題的應(yīng)對策略。希望本論文的研究成果對石油裝備制造集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprise is an important part of petroleum industry.Under the condition that the international oil price falls and the oil enterprises are in a bad condition, the oil equipment manufacturing enterprises are also faced with great difficulties.In order to promote the sustainable development of petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises, various measures must be taken.Strengthening the construction of corporate culture is an important means to promote the development of enterprises and get rid of the predicament.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on the culture construction of petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper takes DP Petroleum equipment Manufacturing Group as the research object, summarizes the influencing factors and classification of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group enterprise culture construction evaluation index by combing the related theories of domestic and foreign enterprise culture.Based on the related research results at home and abroad, the evaluation index system of enterprise culture construction of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group is established.According to the evaluation index system of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group enterprise culture, the method of combining fuzzy preference relation with IOWA operator is used to determine the weight of each index.The comprehensive evaluation model of enterprise culture construction of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group is constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Using DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group enterprise culture construction appraisal model, carries on the appraisal to DP petroleum equipment manufacture group enterprise culture construction.By analyzing the evaluation results of the enterprise culture construction of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the enterprise culture construction of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group, and finds out the countermeasures for the enterprise culture construction problem of DP petroleum equipment manufacturing group.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide some references for the enterprise culture construction of petroleum equipment manufacturing group.
