【摘要】：憑借豐富的風(fēng)能資源和政策支持,意大利近年來(lái)風(fēng)力發(fā)電發(fā)展迅速。意大利風(fēng)電發(fā)展規(guī)劃明確,風(fēng)電在其未來(lái)能源框架中扮演著重要角色,發(fā)展?jié)摿薮�。中�?guó)風(fēng)資源利用規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,風(fēng)電設(shè)備制造技術(shù)顯著提升,海上風(fēng)電有了實(shí)質(zhì)性發(fā)展,中意兩國(guó)在風(fēng)電領(lǐng)域有著廣闊的合作空間。在介紹意大利風(fēng)電行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、規(guī)劃和監(jiān)管體制的基礎(chǔ)上討論意大利風(fēng)電相關(guān)政策,分析中意兩國(guó)風(fēng)電企業(yè)合作現(xiàn)狀,闡述兩國(guó)風(fēng)電領(lǐng)域的合作潛力。
[Abstract]:With abundant wind energy resources and policy support, wind power generation in Italy has developed rapidly in recent years.Italy's wind power development plan is clear, wind power in its future energy framework plays an important role, development potential.The scale of wind resource utilization in China is expanding, the manufacturing technology of wind power equipment has been greatly improved, and offshore wind power has developed substantially. China and Italy have a broad space for cooperation in the field of wind power.On the basis of introducing the current situation of wind power industry in Italy, planning and supervising system, this paper discusses the related policies of wind power in Italy, analyzes the present situation of cooperation between wind power enterprises of China and Italy, and expounds the potential of cooperation in the field of wind power between the two countries.
