【摘要】：精益生產(chǎn)是當(dāng)前制造業(yè)中頗受推崇的一種有效的生產(chǎn)管理模式。它經(jīng)過數(shù)十年理論完善和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累及分享,在無數(shù)的企業(yè)獲得成功推廣,提高了企業(yè)的效益。它采用價(jià)值流分析、拉動(dòng)式系統(tǒng)、5S管理、看板管理及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作業(yè)等方法消除生產(chǎn)過程中的各種浪費(fèi),通過持續(xù)的改善活動(dòng)達(dá)到降低成本、提升質(zhì)量、提高準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率、提高企業(yè)利潤的目標(biāo)。 AB公司是一家全球知名的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備制造企業(yè),2010年在上海建立制漿造紙測量設(shè)備工廠,同樣也面臨著市場競爭的壓力。本文就是基于精益生產(chǎn)的思想,研究AB公司生產(chǎn)過程中如何推廣和實(shí)施精益生產(chǎn)。文章分析了AB公司生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營的現(xiàn)狀,找出了存在的問題,分析了產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因,提出了解決這些問題的精益生產(chǎn)方案,如通過在工作區(qū)域場所內(nèi)推廣“5S”,減少工作中的各種浪費(fèi)；通過多能工培養(yǎng)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)來加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)管理；通過分析庫存現(xiàn)狀來降低原材料庫存；通過建立一系列的供應(yīng)商管理流程來提高其業(yè)績；最后給出了初步取得的成果。 本文用實(shí)例證明了精益思想的運(yùn)用的確能夠提高AB公司的運(yùn)營效率,表明方案具有一定的針對性和有效性,同時(shí),在精益生產(chǎn)的推行過程中也發(fā)現(xiàn)出了一些新的問題,需要繼續(xù)研究和使用各種新的精益工具來持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Lean production is an effective mode of production management in current manufacturing industry.After decades of theoretical improvement and practical experience accumulation and sharing, it has been successfully popularized in numerous enterprises and improved the efficiency of enterprises.It uses value flow analysis, pull system 5S management, Kanban management and standard operation methods to eliminate all kinds of waste in the production process, through continuous improvement activities to reduce costs, improve quality, and improve on time delivery rate, etc.The goal of raising profits.AB Company is a world-famous automation equipment manufacturing enterprise, in 2010 in Shanghai to establish pulp and paper measuring equipment factory, also facing the pressure of market competition.Based on the idea of lean production, this paper studies how to popularize and implement lean production in AB Company.This paper analyzes the present situation of AB Company's production and operation, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward a lean production scheme to solve these problems, such as by popularizing "5S" in the workplace.Reduce all kinds of waste in work; strengthen production management through multi-work training and standardized work; reduce raw material inventory by analyzing inventory status; improve performance by establishing a series of supplier management processes;Finally, the preliminary results are given.This paper proves that the application of Lean thought can improve the operational efficiency of AB Company, and shows that the scheme has some pertinence and effectiveness. At the same time, some new problems have been found in the process of lean production.There is a need to continue to study and use new lean tools for continuous improvement.
