精益生產(chǎn)在B公司包裝車間的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,制造類行業(yè)物料成本已經(jīng)比較透明,想要在行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中脫穎而出,降低生產(chǎn)成本和提高生產(chǎn)效率是行之有效的根本途徑。近幾年原材料價(jià)格持續(xù)上升,人工成本不斷上漲,每個(gè)制造類廠商都在尋求做到低制造成本和高生產(chǎn)效率的方法。本論文通過運(yùn)用精益生產(chǎn)的思想與方法,剖析了影響B(tài)公司生產(chǎn)成本的主要因素,論述了采取快速換模及提高關(guān)鍵設(shè)備綜合效率的方法來降低B公司的生產(chǎn)成本。首先對(duì)B公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹。通過對(duì)B公司主要產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)品工藝流程、工廠布局、生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際產(chǎn)能等現(xiàn)狀的描述與分析,確定了B公司在生產(chǎn)過程中的瓶頸工序。進(jìn)一步確定了包裝車間關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的快速換模、設(shè)備綜合效率的引進(jìn)與提高等改善子項(xiàng)目。其次對(duì)包裝車間關(guān)鍵設(shè)備進(jìn)行了快速換模改進(jìn)。通過對(duì)包裝車間關(guān)鍵設(shè)備換,F(xiàn)狀的描述與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了原有換模過程中存在的問題,利用快速換模理論對(duì)換模過程進(jìn)行分析與改善,取得了良好的效果。最后介紹了設(shè)備綜合效率方法在B公司包裝車間的實(shí)際應(yīng)用。結(jié)合B公司設(shè)備的實(shí)際情況,對(duì)影響設(shè)備綜合效率的損失進(jìn)行重新分類。通過收集、分析數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)影響設(shè)備綜合效率的原因進(jìn)行多級(jí)分類并計(jì)算了設(shè)備綜合效率。本文針對(duì)設(shè)備綜合效率低下的現(xiàn)狀,詳細(xì)地分析了影響設(shè)備綜合效率的各個(gè)主要因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相應(yīng)的改善方法與措施,取得了良好的實(shí)際應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the material cost of manufacturing industry has become more transparent. In order to stand out in the competition of industry, it is an effective and fundamental way to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency.In recent years, the price of raw materials has been rising, and the labor cost has been rising. Every manufacturer is looking for ways to achieve low manufacturing cost and high production efficiency.By using lean production thought and method, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the production cost of B Company, and discusses how to reduce the production cost of B Company by adopting the methods of rapid mold changing and improving the comprehensive efficiency of key equipment.First of all, the production status of B Company is introduced.Based on the description and analysis of the main products, process flow, factory layout and actual production capacity of B Company, the bottleneck process of B Company in the production process is determined.The key equipment of packing workshop is changed quickly and the equipment comprehensive efficiency is introduced and improved.Secondly, the key equipment of packaging workshop is improved quickly.Based on the description and analysis of the current situation of the die changing of the key equipment in the packaging workshop, the problems existing in the original die changing process are found, and the rapid mold changing theory is used to analyze and improve the die changing process, and good results are obtained.Finally, the practical application of the equipment comprehensive efficiency method in B company packaging workshop is introduced.Combined with the actual situation of equipment in company B, the loss of equipment efficiency is reclassified.By collecting and analyzing the data, the causes that affect the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment are classified and the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment is calculated.In view of the low comprehensive efficiency of the equipment, this paper analyzes in detail the main factors that affect the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment, and puts forward the corresponding improvement methods and measures on the basis of which, good practical application results are obtained.
