【摘要】:當(dāng)前的制造業(yè)的市場競爭變得更加日益激烈,競爭驅(qū)動了制造型企業(yè)對不同于以往的發(fā)展新戰(zhàn)略途徑的研究和探索。作為一種戰(zhàn)略創(chuàng)新途徑,產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)(PSS)是一種基于顧客需求而發(fā)展的融和產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)以提供系統(tǒng)化解決方案的思維模式和設(shè)計(jì)理念,也是一種能最大程度的去滿足顧客需求并同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)利益最大化的新型商業(yè)模式。 本文通過從價(jià)值角度,論述了價(jià)值主張思想和基于價(jià)值主張而建立的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)有知識和概念,對其理論基礎(chǔ)和發(fā)展作了深入研究和歸納。并通過分析了基于產(chǎn)品價(jià)值鏈分布和產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型模式,探討了產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)對制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化的作用和實(shí)施方法。并通過筆者親自參沃爾沃集團(tuán)全球建筑設(shè)備公司在中國產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行了前期的產(chǎn)品服務(wù)系統(tǒng)市場分析、產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建及實(shí)施部署方面做了詳細(xì)的介紹,給制造型企業(yè)提供理倫和案例參考。
[Abstract]:The current market competition of manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce, which drives manufacturing enterprises to study and explore new strategic approaches different from previous ones.As a strategic innovation approach, product service system (PSS) is a kind of thinking mode and design idea of integrating products and services based on customer needs to provide systematic solutions.It is also a new business model which can meet the needs of customers and maximize the interests of enterprises.This paper discusses the existing knowledge and concepts of the thought of value proposition and the product service system based on value proposition from the angle of value, and makes a deep study and induction of its theoretical basis and development.By analyzing the mode of service transformation based on the distribution of product value chain and product service system, this paper discusses the function and implementation method of product service system to manufacturing enterprise service.And through personally participating in the application project of Volvo Group Global Construction equipment Company in the development of China's product service system, the author has carried out the preliminary product service system market analysis and product planning.The design and implementation of the system are introduced in detail, which provides a reference for manufacturing enterprises.
