【摘要】：隨著國際貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,葡萄酒廣泛進(jìn)入到中國消費者的生活中,其健康、營養(yǎng)的特點也受到消費者的歡迎,而葡萄酒莊建設(shè)也在中國得到突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展。本文通過實地調(diào)研,案例搜集及專家訪談等多種渠道,對中國現(xiàn)有知名葡萄酒莊發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在經(jīng)營管理中存在較多問題。同時發(fā)現(xiàn)中國旅游業(yè)也在重點發(fā)展利基旅游中的葡萄酒旅游項目,因此,在設(shè)計新型酒莊發(fā)展模式時將利基旅游理論作為指導(dǎo)理論,從種植方式、生產(chǎn)方式、銷售方式和開發(fā)葡萄酒旅游項目4個方面重新構(gòu)建葡萄酒莊的發(fā)展模式。以科學(xué)的種植生產(chǎn)手段為基礎(chǔ),運用新型的銷售和開發(fā)宣傳方法,以期為葡萄酒莊的發(fā)展提供新的思路和方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of international trade, wine has been widely introduced into the life of Chinese consumers. Its healthy and nutritious characteristics are also welcomed by consumers, and the construction of winery has been developed by leaps and bounds in China.Through field investigation, case collection and expert interviews, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing development models of famous wineries in China, and finds that there are many problems in their management.At the same time, it is found that Chinese tourism is also focusing on the development of wine tourism projects in niche tourism. Therefore, in designing the new winery development model, the theory of niche tourism is taken as the guiding theory, from the way of planting to the mode of production.The development mode of winery is reconstructed in four aspects: the way of sale and the development of wine tourism project.Based on the scientific means of planting and production, a new marketing and development method is used in order to provide new ideas and directions for the development of winery.
