【摘要】：為推進現(xiàn)代煤化工的健康有序發(fā)展,系統(tǒng)回顧了我國現(xiàn)代煤化工近20 a的跨越發(fā)展情況,并對我國現(xiàn)代煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進行展望。"九五"期間為我國現(xiàn)代煤化工從實驗室走向工程化的起步階段,形成了一批煤化工新技術(shù)實驗室研發(fā)成果;"十五"期間為我國現(xiàn)代煤化工從實驗室走向工程化的攻堅階段,取得了一批現(xiàn)代煤化工核心技術(shù)中試研究成果;"十一五"期間是我國現(xiàn)代煤化工從工程化走向產(chǎn)業(yè)化的示范階段,建成了一批現(xiàn)代煤化工商業(yè)化示范項目;"十二五"期間,我國現(xiàn)代煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)進入了技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)保等全方位示范階段,完成了一批大型商業(yè)化示范項目建設(shè)。未來應(yīng)在國家政策的支持下,從資源、環(huán)境、社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的全視角重新審視和科學(xué)謀劃我國煤化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展,從原料煤資源、水資源、物流運輸條件、環(huán)境承載能力、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟等多角度重新評估和科學(xué)決策新建煤化工項目的實施。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of modern coal chemical industry, this paper systematically reviews the development of modern coal chemical industry in China in the past 20 years, and prospects the development of modern coal chemical industry in China. "During the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, it was the initial stage for the modern coal chemical industry in China to move from the laboratory to the engineering stage, forming a number of achievements in the research and development of the new technology laboratory of the coal chemical industry.A batch of pilot research results of core technology of modern coal chemical industry have been obtained. During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the demonstration stage of modern coal chemical industry from engineering to industrialization has been completed, and a batch of commercial demonstration projects of modern coal chemical industry have been completed.China's modern coal chemical industry has entered a comprehensive demonstration stage of technology, economy and environmental protection, and has completed a number of large-scale commercial demonstration projects.In the future, with the support of national policies, we should re-examine and scientifically plan the development of China's coal and chemical industry from the full perspective of sustainable development of resources, environment and society, including raw coal resources, water resources, logistics and transportation conditions, and environmental carrying capacity.Re-evaluate and make scientific decision on the implementation of new coal chemical projects from many angles, such as technology and economy.
