伊犁地區(qū)香料產(chǎn)業(yè)整合發(fā)展模式研究

【摘要】:近幾年,國際香料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,香料產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值從2002年的96億美元上升到2009年的325.86億美元,年均增長13%左右,仍將保持13%的年增長率。但我國目前在世界香料市場產(chǎn)值中所占份額較小,與我國13億人口的大國地位不相符合,尤其是在日化類香料的生產(chǎn)銷售上,在國際所占比例極低,隨著世界市場統(tǒng)一化進程加快,中國香料業(yè)旨在演變和融入到全球香料生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易中去。而近今年隨著對于安全和質(zhì)量的考慮,化學香料的不安全問題也漸漸凸顯,天然香料再一次回歸主要的消費市場。而國際常用的天然香料植物,基本都產(chǎn)于北溫帶荒漠區(qū)域和溫帶草原區(qū)域,一些重要的品種對于氣候和土壤要求極高。伊犁地區(qū)恰好處在這個區(qū)域內(nèi),是國內(nèi)少有的符合大多數(shù)常用香料植物種植的區(qū)域,伊犁地區(qū)獨特的大環(huán)境和區(qū)域內(nèi)的小環(huán)境為多種香料植物創(chuàng)造了得天獨厚的條件,而伊犁地區(qū)也具有較長時間的種植歷史。但由于各方認識不足、重視不夠,在投資規(guī)模、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、品種發(fā)掘、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、市場運作等方面均處于較低水平,更談不上規(guī);、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展。本論文希望通過伊犁地區(qū)香料產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究,掌握翔實、準確的資料,為伊犁地區(qū)特色經(jīng)濟找到理論和事實依據(jù),從而為地區(qū)制定相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策提供決策依據(jù),同時為香料企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。論文主要著力于對產(chǎn)業(yè)整合發(fā)展模式的研究,以伊犁地區(qū)香料產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對象,通過對于產(chǎn)業(yè)的調(diào)查研究,利用波特五項競爭力模型進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)伊犁香料產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題。立足整個香料產(chǎn)業(yè),對產(chǎn)業(yè)中的復(fù)雜個體分別進行研究,將整合的視角從工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)擴大到農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、農(nóng)業(yè)科研、政府管理、地區(qū)發(fā)展等多個方面,盡可能的完善研究內(nèi)容,確保產(chǎn)業(yè)整合發(fā)展的可行性和全面性。通過理論分析與實地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方法,采納各方問題,分析問題的根源,為波特五項競爭力模型提供可靠的分析數(shù)據(jù),從而得到可靠的分析結(jié)果。在確保分析結(jié)果全面可靠的前提下,通過實地調(diào)研和問題分析,制定從加工企業(yè)向前延伸到原料生產(chǎn)、向后延伸到市場銷售的縱向整合方式,采取企業(yè)并購的橫向整合辦法,最終走向香料產(chǎn)業(yè)與旅游業(yè)、酒店業(yè)、醫(yī)藥業(yè)、職業(yè)教育相結(jié)合的復(fù)雜整合發(fā)展之路。將產(chǎn)業(yè)整合與地區(qū)的未來發(fā)展相結(jié)合,從簡單的工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)整合,推廣到整個產(chǎn)業(yè)的整合,產(chǎn)業(yè)與地區(qū)發(fā)展的整合上來。通過打破地域限制,將產(chǎn)業(yè)整合納入整個區(qū)域發(fā)展的一部分,聯(lián)合各級政府,推動產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的制定和產(chǎn)業(yè)整合發(fā)展。將產(chǎn)業(yè)的整合發(fā)展與地區(qū)發(fā)展相結(jié)合,將產(chǎn)業(yè)未來發(fā)展的模式與地區(qū)其他新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展相結(jié)合,制定具有一定可行性的香料產(chǎn)業(yè)與地區(qū)其他產(chǎn)業(yè)整合的方法和模式,將產(chǎn)業(yè)整合擴展到非相關(guān)的產(chǎn)業(yè)中去,將地區(qū)優(yōu)勢作為產(chǎn)業(yè)整合模式制定的準則,脫離簡單的產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)整合,將獨立的產(chǎn)業(yè)整合納入地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)整合的大環(huán)境中去。以地區(qū)發(fā)展帶動產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,以產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展推動地區(qū)發(fā)展,將是伊犁地區(qū)香料產(chǎn)業(yè)整合的最終目的。伊犁香料產(chǎn)業(yè)的整合將為伊犁香料產(chǎn)業(yè)研究和發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)。對于未來科學制定地方特色產(chǎn)品以及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展對策提供一定幫助。通過香料產(chǎn)業(yè)這個基點,聯(lián)合旅游、酒店、零售等產(chǎn)業(yè),帶動整個地區(qū)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)整體的發(fā)展,
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of the international spice industry rapidly, spices industry output value rose from $9 billion 600 million in 2002 to $32 billion 586 million in 2009, an average annual growth rate of about 13%, will still maintain an annual growth rate of 13%.
