【摘要】:市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,使建設(shè)行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,同時(shí),隨著現(xiàn)代工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,施工技術(shù)難度與質(zhì)量的要求不斷提高,建設(shè)領(lǐng)域施工管理的復(fù)雜程度和難度也越來(lái)越高,傳統(tǒng)的管理理念和手段已無(wú)法適應(yīng)快速發(fā)展的要求,施工企業(yè)必須進(jìn)行管理創(chuàng)新和信息化建設(shè),利用現(xiàn)代化的技術(shù)手段來(lái)提高企業(yè)的管理水平,降低成本,提高工作效率。 為了適應(yīng)當(dāng)前建筑市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,濟(jì)南四建集團(tuán)信息化建設(shè)以實(shí)際需求及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合“房建工程施工總承包特級(jí)企業(yè)資質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息化考評(píng)”的考核點(diǎn)及考核內(nèi)容,與中國(guó)建筑科學(xué)研究院合作開(kāi)發(fā)建設(shè)企業(yè)PKPM綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)。 本文通過(guò)大量的項(xiàng)目實(shí)例分析,企業(yè)PKPM綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)主要解決了企業(yè)當(dāng)前面臨的三大問(wèn)題:管理問(wèn)題、業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題、決策支持。在管理問(wèn)題方面,傳統(tǒng)的人工傳遞時(shí)間周期長(zhǎng)、速度慢、信息滯后,待信息傳遞到公司或分公司時(shí)已經(jīng)是過(guò)時(shí)的信息。企業(yè)在實(shí)施信息化后,信息傳遞迅速,傳遞的信息可以進(jìn)行分類、匯總和統(tǒng)計(jì),便于企業(yè)的決策者和管理者及時(shí)了解項(xiàng)目發(fā)生的實(shí)際情況。同時(shí)信息化系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一了企業(yè)的資源管理體系,防止信息資源不統(tǒng)一造成的工作重疊。在業(yè)務(wù)問(wèn)題方面,企業(yè)信息化系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施,有效地改進(jìn)了業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的工作負(fù)擔(dān),降低人工勞動(dòng)的工作量,將反復(fù)的計(jì)算交由計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)來(lái)處理,是人工從繁雜的計(jì)算工作中解放出來(lái),將更多的精力放在業(yè)務(wù)管理上,保證原始業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性、可靠性和及時(shí)性。在決策支持方面,通過(guò)使用企業(yè)信息化管理系統(tǒng),可以使匯總的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)快速地進(jìn)行追溯,及時(shí)使決策者和管理者了解項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際工作情況,為企業(yè)的決策者和管理者提供良好的決策支持和相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo),可以快速為項(xiàng)目的生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營(yíng)提供決策參考。 企業(yè)PKPM綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)主要有以下幾個(gè)組成部分: 1、基礎(chǔ)硬件、安全網(wǎng)絡(luò)及信息化軟環(huán)境建設(shè) 2、基礎(chǔ)平臺(tái)建設(shè) 3、企業(yè)信息門(mén)戶網(wǎng)站建設(shè)(EIP) 4、辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)(OA) 5、企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)(PM) 6、人力資源管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)(HR) 7、檔案資料管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè) 8、財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè)(FM) 9、設(shè)計(jì)管理系統(tǒng)建設(shè) 10、決策支持(DDS) 在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),結(jié)合施工企業(yè)的管理現(xiàn)狀并結(jié)合有關(guān)規(guī)范、管理目標(biāo)、信息化要求進(jìn)行優(yōu)化組合,以建筑項(xiàng)目整個(gè)生命周期為基礎(chǔ),涵蓋了從投標(biāo)分析、施工管理到企業(yè)效益控制、企業(yè)信譽(yù)保障的全過(guò)程動(dòng)態(tài)管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司與各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的協(xié)同工作。 作為山東省優(yōu)秀建筑施工總承包企業(yè),濟(jì)南四建集團(tuán)一直秉承著“高素質(zhì)、精細(xì)化、低成本”的管理理念,通過(guò)開(kāi)展申報(bào)房建工程施工總承包特級(jí)資質(zhì),企業(yè)加快轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的步伐。企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)不僅是施工總承包特級(jí)資質(zhì)的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo),同時(shí)也是企業(yè)提高管理水平,降低管理成本,改善管理手段的具體實(shí)施方案。企業(yè)通過(guò)大力推進(jìn)信息化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和應(yīng)用,已經(jīng)形成以集團(tuán)辦公和建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目綜合管理信息系統(tǒng)為核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)辦公和建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目、人力資源管理、檔案管理、電子商務(wù)、知識(shí)管理數(shù)據(jù)集中管理、全局共享等,滿足集團(tuán)各級(jí)管理辦公和建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的需求,加強(qiáng)集團(tuán)對(duì)各板塊業(yè)務(wù)、區(qū)域項(xiàng)目的管理和監(jiān)控,為本集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的決策和建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)督管理提供所需的數(shù)據(jù)分析和支持。
[Abstract]:The development of market economy, the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce, at the same time, with the development of modern engineering construction project continues to expand the scale, the difficulty of construction technology and quality requirements continue to increase, the complexity and difficulty of construction management in the field of construction is also more and more high, the traditional management ideas and methods have been unable to adapt to the requirements of rapid development. The construction enterprises must carry out management innovation and information construction, the use of modern technology to improve the management level of enterprises, reduce the cost, improve work efficiency.
In order to adapt to the current construction market environment, Ji'nan Sijian construction based on the actual demand and application status, combined with the "information assessment qualification standards of housing construction general contracting enterprise evaluation and assessment content, cooperation and China Research Institute of building science development and construction enterprise PKPM integrated management information system.
In this paper, through the analysis of a large number of project examples, enterprise PKPM integrated management information system mainly solves three problems: enterprises are facing the management problems, business problems, decision support. In the management problems, the traditional manual transmission time cycle is long, slow speed, information lag, the transmission of information to the company or branch already the information is out of date. In the implementation of enterprise informatization, information transfer rapidly, information can be classified, and summary statistics, for business decision-makers and managers to understand the actual situation of the project. At the same time the information system of unified enterprise resource management system, to prevent the unified information resource caused by the duplication of work. In business, the implementation of enterprise information system, effectively improve the business sector work burden, reduce labor workload, the calculation will be repeated by the meter The computer system to deal with, is free from artificial time-consuming calculation, will focus more on business management, to ensure the accuracy of the original business data, reliability and timeliness. In decision support, through the use of enterprise information management system, can quickly make retrospective statistics summary, timely make decisions researchers and managers to understand the actual situation of project production, provide a good decision support and related statistical indicators for enterprise decision makers and managers can quickly provide references for project production and management.
The construction of the PKPM integrated management information system is mainly composed of the following components:
1, basic hardware, security network and information soft environment construction
2, the construction of the basic platform
3, enterprise information portal website construction (EIP)
4, construction of office automation system (OA)
5, the construction of enterprise project management system (PM)
6, the construction of human resource management system (HR)
7, the construction of the archival data management system
8, the construction of financial management system (FM)
9, the construction of design management system
10, decision support (DDS)
In system design, combined with the management status of construction enterprises and combined with the relevant specifications, management objectives, information required to optimize the combination with building the life cycle of the project as the basis, ranging from analysis of bids, construction management to the enterprise benefit control, dynamic management of the whole process of enterprise credit guarantee, realize collaborative work with each project company.
As the Shandong Province outstanding construction general contracting enterprises, Ji'nan Construction Group has been adhering to the "high-quality, fine, low cost" management philosophy, by carrying out the declaration of housing construction general contracting qualification, enterprises to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading.
