我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:本文主要圍繞戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力這一核心概念展開研究,首先,本文在梳理現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的內(nèi)涵做出了界定,對(duì)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的構(gòu)成要素做了總結(jié)歸納,并描述了我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力現(xiàn)狀;其次,根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力構(gòu)成要素,結(jié)合我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力現(xiàn)狀,得出我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力構(gòu)成要素,通過對(duì)各要素的操作化研究,設(shè)計(jì)出了一套評(píng)價(jià)我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;最后,選取案例公司,利用本文設(shè)計(jì)好的戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,,使用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)A公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得出A公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力水平較弱,對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了原因分析并提出了解決對(duì)策。 通過以上研究,本文主要得出以下結(jié)論: (1)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的內(nèi)涵。企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)力執(zhí)行力是指企業(yè)的各個(gè)管理層次、各個(gè)經(jīng)營單位、各個(gè)崗位的員工,通過一套有效的系統(tǒng)、體系、組織、文化或技術(shù)操作方法等,對(duì)企業(yè)各種資源經(jīng)過有效整合,貫徹執(zhí)行經(jīng)營者制定的戰(zhàn)略決策、方針政策、制度措施、方案計(jì)劃和實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的綜合能力。 (2)我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的現(xiàn)狀。第一,戰(zhàn)略共識(shí)“縮水”;第二,工作計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)不完善;第三,組織結(jié)構(gòu)不合理;第四,信息系統(tǒng)不健全;第五,業(yè)績考核及獎(jiǎng)懲激勵(lì)制度與戰(zhàn)略關(guān)聯(lián)性差;第六,反饋和戰(zhàn)略關(guān)聯(lián)性較弱;第七,企業(yè)文化流于形式。 (3)我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的構(gòu)成要素及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。通過文獻(xiàn)梳理整理出戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力構(gòu)成要素,結(jié)合我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力現(xiàn)狀,得出我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力構(gòu)成要素,我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力共有四大構(gòu)成要素,分別是戰(zhàn)略共識(shí)、戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同、戰(zhàn)略控制及執(zhí)行文化;本文對(duì)以上戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的四大構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了操作化研究,得出了我國企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 (4)案例研究結(jié)果證實(shí)了所建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的有效性。利用本文提出的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)A公司戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力水平進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),使用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法不僅可以計(jì)算出公司整體戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力得分,也可以計(jì)算出戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行力每個(gè)構(gòu)成要素的得分情況,根據(jù)最后的得分可以詳細(xì)、具體的為案例公司找出執(zhí)行不力的原因,驗(yàn)證了所建立指標(biāo)體系的有效性及實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly focuses on the core concept of strategic execution. Firstly, on the basis of combing the existing literature, this paper defines the connotation of strategic execution, and summarizes the elements of strategic execution. Secondly, according to the elements of strategic execution, combining with the present situation of the strategic execution of our country, we get the elements of the strategic execution of our country, through the operational research of each factor, A set of evaluation index system is designed to evaluate the strategic execution ability of our country's enterprises. Finally, a case company is selected and the evaluation index system of strategic execution ability is designed in this paper. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the level of strategic execution ability of company A, and it is concluded that the level of strategic execution ability of company A is weak, and the reasons for the result are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forward. Through the above research, this paper draws the following conclusions:. (1) the connotation of strategic executive power. The execution of war power of an enterprise refers to the various management levels, business units and employees in various positions of the enterprise, through an effective system, system, organization, culture or technical operation method, etc. Through the effective integration of all kinds of resources of the enterprise, the comprehensive ability of carrying out the strategic decision, the policy, the system measure, the plan plan and the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise made by the manager is carried out. 2) the present situation of the strategic execution of Chinese enterprises. First, the strategic consensus "shrinks"; second, the work plan system is not perfect; third, the organizational structure is unreasonable; fourth, the information system is not sound; fifth, Performance appraisal, incentive system of reward and punishment and strategic relevance are poor; sixth, feedback and strategic relevance are weak; seventh, corporate culture is a mere formality. 3) the constituent elements and evaluation index system of the strategic execution ability of Chinese enterprises. Through combing out the composing elements of the strategic execution ability of our country's enterprises and combining the present situation of the enterprises' strategic execution ability of our country, we can find out the composing elements of the strategic execution ability of our country's enterprises. There are four elements of strategic execution in Chinese enterprises, which are strategic consensus, strategic coordination, strategic control and execution culture. The evaluation index system of strategic execution ability of Chinese enterprises is obtained. 4) the results of the case study confirm the validity of the established evaluation index. The evaluation index system proposed in this paper is used to evaluate the level of strategic execution ability of company A. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can not only calculate the score of the company's overall strategic execution ability, but also calculate the score of each component element of the strategic execution power. According to the final score, it can be detailed. Find out the reasons for the lack of execution for the case company, and verify the effectiveness and practicability of the established index system.
